We've had a bad experience through the whole process of selling a property. They over value the property and fix their fee. Then advised us to put on at a lower guide price so we didn't get the price for the property we wanted. Your fixed in a contract with them for 16 weeks. The agent that was doing a viewing let a family member of our buyer tamper with the electric box and leave it unscrewed with fuses left out. We then had to wait 3 days for them to send an electrician round to sort it out.... Read more

Holden Copley Long Eaton absolutely amazing. Every part of our selling experience was handled so professionally. From Chris coming out for the initial meet up and valuation to the outstanding sales girls Sammy/ Caroline and the team to the progressor Jasmine completing the sale. Sammy and the girls organised open days and got so many people to view all organised very quickly, updated as to who was viewing and when and then we received confirmation and they followed up collecting feedback and sharing it with us. Once we got a sale which was very quickly Jasmine then took over to help us completing and any communications with solicitors and the other buyer all taken care of. Amazing team I highly recommend , we had tried previous to HC another local estate agent but their service came no where near the standards of HC. Well done and thank you so much for all your hard work dedication and commitment to our sale. We got a lovely buyer which was important as it was our family home of 60 years. 5 star service....
