Book you in weeks ahead because they are incapable of doing a 10min viewing, hold zero information, and miss out repeatedly on houses they put on the market when we are ready to offer over asking. Myself and my husband bought a house 5 years ago with Loveitts and yesterday late afternoon I called with a quest the person who answered the phone was very polite and said that the person that could help was busy but he would get back to us ASAP. For my surprise less then 5 minimum Jas Bagri returned my call and he remembered us and he was so friend and professional he was interested in what we were asking him he made sure he understood our quest and accept to help us with the urgent letter that we needed.

Terrible experience as a tenant! I sent my notice 1 month before I planned to leave the room I was renting. The agency was supposed to come to see the room which they haven't done before I move out. I have therefore called and emailed Scott who was in charge of the house many times to claim my deposit back. I was always told he would call me back which he never did or would never answer my emails (except one saying he would deal with this on the same day but 2 weeks later still nothing was done...). Almost 2 months after I move out the room, I ended up asking the landlord for help, although he should not be involved as this is entirely the agency responsability. After the landlord called them, miraculeously I got an email the same day saying that they will process the refund now. As it was not enough, the amount of the deposit refund was wrong... A lot of unprofessionalism!

UPDATE - These issues have now been resolved. Things moved pretty quickly after a change in their management.

We rented a house 3 months ago from Loveitts. It was all fine and dandy till the completion of the lease process. However, since then we've raised several issues that needed to be sorted out at the house and absolutely nothing has been done so far. These are some basic requirements that you expect every house you rent to have and nothing too complicated. Every time we contact them regarding these issues, they "promise" for it to be sorted out at the earliest. However, nothing has been done to sort it out till date. They don't even bother to call back to update you and you have to keep following up and even then you don't get any satisfactory results.
I've been holding off on leaving a review in the hope that things will be sorted out soon but I am just so frustrated with the level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication from their part. Surely three months in enough time to sort out these basic things! The least you expect is a call back to update you on the status when they "promise" to do the same.
If this is how they continue to treat us, we cannot wait for the contract period to be over to find another place however much we like this house.

Actually 4.5 rather than 5. A professional and friendly service throughout from Jas Bagri and his team. Much appreciated. A couple of glitches (mainly in the area of communication) but these did not effect the sale procedure or timetable - frustrating rather than anything else.

I used Loveitts to sell my mothers property. Jas come out the next day and by the following day it was up for sale with brilliant photographs and a virtual tour film done. Adam sold it on the first viewing. So all in all form start to sale it took only a matter of days. Great guys polite and nothing too much. I would recommend them to anyone. Warning to all prospective buyers, this estate agent will go out of its way to avoid selling to anyone who isn't a cash buyer or 1st time buyer. Unhelpful, weren't proactive in suggesting other properties that met our criteria. They will also ask inappropriate questions about your circumstances.

We recently commissioned your company, to sell our property which as a result of the death of my father in law, was being sold on behalf of my wife as executor and her brother.
You had previously carried out probate valuations and the manner in which this was dealt with resulted in the decision to appoint your company to manage the sale for the family.
Key to all this was David who handled the substantial interest you generated for the property in a professional, communicative and thoroughly empathic manner, including some viewings at what was a difficult time for us when we were all at the property finalising the clearing and distribution of sentimental items, the house having been in the family for over 40 years.
I just wanted to say what a fantastic asset David is to your business. My wife and I have sold many houses during our 40 years of marriage and it is fair to say have been slightly ambivalent about Estate Agents generally in the past but the performance of your team and David in particular has restored our faith considerably.

I feel even that 1 star is just a waste for Loveitts. I haven't seen anyone so stubborn than this guy. Just that on fine day my internet wasn't working and i was travelling with my baby i was a bit late by few mins. The events that took post that really shocked me.
Though i confirmed the property on the same day, It took almost 4 days for Danny to go back to owner and come back saying " Kids are not allowed in that property" might sound funny but tats how it was.
i can only recollect the nightmare i had gone through those days as i was under impression that i have finalized the property. but which was declined after 4 days of waiting.
After so many calls and several requests i was utterly disappointed with the way the events had gone through.
with the properties that loveitts have in the market they could have easily been number 1. No wonder i see 2.5 ratings !!
have someone who greets you a smile and have zeal to help the customers.
