Too bad that no zero star rating. No response, no maintenance, always missing appointments, no refund of deposit….. Don’t trust google, go trustpilot to take a look to some real comments, definitely will scare you. Avoid in all cost.

Martin and Co Leamington Spa were incredibly helpful and professional when dealing with a really tricky purchase (solicitors fault). Both Paul and Henry stayed over an hour after the branch was supposed to have closed to try to ensure it went through. In the purchase they were professional and friendly, as well as being easily contactable. Highly recommend.

I approached Martin & Co via a personal recommendation and it is safe to say I was not disappointed. I dealt with the manager Henry directly, told him exactly what I wanted, to purchase a buy to let in the Leamington area, and within days they found something perfect for me. I further enquired about property management which they offer as well and the whole process could not have ran smoother! They took me through their letting process which looks great and am confident they will be a huge asset to me in any future purchases too!

I employed the services of Martin & Co after my initial chat with Henry. It was the straight to the point, no hard sell professionalism that gave me instant confidence in choosing them to rent out my property.
My past experience in using agents to manage my rental property has been average at best. I have always ended up doing most of the work myself and usually ended up out of pocket.

We moved from an indifferent and largely ineffective estate agent to one who is genuinely helpful, whose services are clear and who helped manage some difficulties with a clear plan. They engaged with us completely and maintained good communications throughout. In the ongoing situation as a letting agent they are professional and we are more than happy to recommend them.

Purchased a property through Martin & Co. It was usually very quick to speak to and get email responses from anyone at Martin & Co.
During the purchase we did feel that we were getting chased by Martin & Co too much (often daily by multiple people), which was damaging the house purchase experience. I do believe this chasing was directed from the vendors, however I would usually expect estate agents to manage the vendors expectations with regards to timelines which I do not feel they did effectively. Once this issue was raised with them and we told them our expectations on the frequency of communications we would expect from them (daily to weekly) the experience was much better.
Overall if I was selling I would recommend them as they will definitely make sure your sale goes through as quickly as possible. If I was to purchase through them again I would just let them know my expectations of the frequency of communications.

I have rented 2 properties through Martin and Co. Both times, I have received excellent service. Communication is very prompt and easy. I have been treated courteously by all staff. On one occasion there was a problem with the rental property which was an oversight on behalf of the company; however, I received an apology and the matter was resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend Martin and Co as professional letting agents of a high standard.

It's a premium property with Sean Driscoll and his team achieving an excellent market rent for it - and all other aspects of the letting have been handled very well indeed. What's more, a really friendly and personal service too - which does make such a difference!

Lovely lettings company. Very helpful with any issues you have upon move in. I cannot speak for end of tenancy reviews as I haven't had that experience with them yet. Only reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is because of the 3rd party they use for identity and reference checking, "GoodLord". If someone is self employed or has a family business they cannot prove their own income without paying an accountant or something to do it for them. This was the only frustrating aspect of the move in - luckily, our small family business HAS an accountant or we may have been in some trouble. Aside from that everyone at Martin and co has been very lovely, especially Amandeep, though as you can see from other reviews here that's no surprise, she is very good at her job :).

The experience was good overall, the agency does pretty standard work and has typical processes for lettings and moving out. The moving out process was tedious and getting our deposit back took nearly 2 months. Service wise, we felt Amandeep was brilliant very clear and responsive, I would recommend her whole heartedly.

When I have issue such as dripping water, their service is always quick & appropriate. It's convenient that I can receive response to my email from my Property Coordinator even on Saturdays.
When I inquired if window cleaning was included in the monthly tenant fee, my Property Coordinator replied no in reference to the contract and then she referred me to a good cleaner in the region, which helped me receiving good service at reasonable cost.

As the mediators between my tenants and I, they’ve always offered a trustworthy, genuine service to both parties, which I can’t say of previous agencies.
Both on the lettings side and in buying and selling I have found their expertise and service to be excellent. They are friendly, communicative, & efficient, and always willing to go above and beyond.

Lucy Dipple was extremely professional and accommodating. She took us around two lovely properties in Leamington Spa which matched the specifications we had asked for beforehand. Poor communication between team members and tenants leading to misinterpretated costs. When disputed regarding payment, and what the payment was for, presuming the manager, replied 'do you expect us to work for free?'
Response was unnessary and showed bad customer service for a company we'd heard so highly of. We were treated rudely and in a very unprofessional manner. However, colleague who directly dealt with us stayed calm and professional.
The payment was not made as it was a mistake made by the company, but disappointed no apology was given.
I have recently signed for a 6 month contract in a property in Leamington Spa, and due to pop in to collect keys on 30th July. Really not looking forward to bumping into the gent again. I will be dealing directly with the landlord in future.

Terrible communication between the agent and tenant, when probed over a hidden fee we were met by an aggressive manager trying his hardest to intimidate us. He of course ended up being wrong in this situation and after his failed intimidation attempt couldn't muster up an apology. Shocking customer service

In less than a week of marketing we'd recieved multiple offers, and agreed a great price with buyers who were ready to go.
