Can't speak as a vendor but as a buyer I have recently been impressed with Charles Rose EAs, specifically Chris Valentini. Chris showed us around a few houses and was the EA on the house we have ended up buying. His communication was great, and whilst I experienced him as 100% advocating for his vendors, he was also supportive and helpful to us as buyers. Would highly recommend, and we would definitely consider going through him and Charles Rose if we ever choose to sell here in the future.

Superb.
We couldn't shift our house after seven months with another (top tier) agent in Leamington.
We moved it to Chris Valentini at Charles Rose and he sold it WITHIN A WEEK!
He gave us advice on how to present it, redid all the photos, completely overhauled the marketing literatrure and description, and put his salesman's hat on and sold like crazy. We had lots of viewings and we sold to the perfect buyer within days.
This sounds like he wrote it, I suspect! But seriously, the experience was impressive. We didn't realise that the choice of agent was this important. Evidently, we recommend the agency and Chris in particular. It's clearly a well-run operation that employs talented people.

What a wonderful surprise! I was told when i walked in that I'd get a really personal and effective service. I hear this all the time from estate agents in London and here in Warwickshire. Isn't that the usual pitch?
Well - I had three flats to rent in Kenilworth, the local branch of a large chain had told me I should cut the rent and they hadn't managed more than one viewing in months.
CR have now filled all three flats at the asking rent, within two months of taking them on!
Not only that, from the managed agency service I signed up for, Sandra (my rental account manager) fixes all the problems and glitches - even the electricity and Internet accounts!
I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Given that this is up there as one of the most stressful things you will do, I would urge anyone selling their home to choose Charles Rose. Throughout the process, Goz was personable, professional and conscientious. He ensured in the initial stages that We were happy with every aspect before placing the property on the market, did an excellent job at the viewings stage, securing a fast sale at the desired price. When considering an agent, don’t just think about the initial sale but the after sales as well.This is where Charles Rose stand out from the others. Having experienced another agents after sales with our purchase, I can honestly say you won’t get better service than with Charles Rose. This sale was particularly challenging with copious problems within the chain, causing a lot of delays and uncertainty, at one point looking to become a failed sale, but Goz went out of his way to assist and was always understanding of the frustration, upset and anxieties we were experiencing. He went over and above to obtain updates on the situation for us. Communication was second to none, continuously in contact with us, nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Gary & his team from Charles Rose were fantastic on every level, from the initial enquiry to the point of sale. I was ambitious on the wanting a higher price for my property & Gary & his team held my hand at every stage to get the price I wanted for the property, & gave me a list of jobs that I needed to do to achieve my desired price, all other agents didn't agree this was possible but Gary saw the potential & worked hard to make it happen. On each viewing Gary turned up half an hour early to set the mood of the house & do final check to make sure he was happy to present the property to the potential buyers... the offers came flooding in & we accepted an offer within a week, in what I can only describe as a difficult market. Gary & the Charles Rose team didn't leave any stone unturned with the process of selling my house, they liaised with solicitors, & the buyers estate agents & communicated regularly with everyone in the chain & I never had to chase once for an update as Gary would contact me often to keep me informed as to where we were at with the process. I have bought & sold properties for many years & I have never experienced the service I had from Gary & his team at Charles Rose & cannot recommend them enough.

We switched to Charles Rose from an online estate agent. We'd been listed with the online estate agent for 6 months with only 3 viewings and no offers. After switching to Charles Rose we had lots of viewings and two offers in just over a month, with the sale completing in 3 months. As we'd relocated for work, we never actually met with our agent, Chris. He handled everything remotely and was great at keeping in touch. He had a key and as the property was vacant he could arrange viewings very quickly, and continued to do so when we were out of the country and uncontactable. We bought our house through Gary and the Charles Rose team three years ago. So positive was our experience that when it came to thinking about selling there was only one estate agent we spoke to. We needed to sell quickly so we didnt miss out on our next home. Our house went on the market and sold the next day. Six weeks later we were in our new home! Despite the incredibly tight deadline Gary and the team were calm, professional and good humoured throughout the whole process and we trusted them every step of the way. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Erin and the team at Charles Rose could not have provided us with a more helpful service during the process of buying our house. As we were moving from another area we were limited as to when we could view the property and Erin and Chris went out of their way to accommodate us enabling us to view, then second view and even meet with architects at the house. The Charles Rose office has to be one of the funkiest spots in town and challenges every stereotype of the outdated and soulless estate agent office. I cannot rate this estate agent highly enough - truly excellent customer service and made buying our house a pleasure.

We bought our house through Charles Rose which was mainly dealt with Chris. We saw a couple of houses with Chris before settling on the property we were going to buy. Chris was never pushy to try and make the sale, which we had experienced with other estate agents , just had a honest chat about our thoughts. Overall, we both felt that he went above and beyond to help us. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he was very helpful and approachable if we had any questions (which there were many as we were both first time buyers!).
If we are ever to sell our house, we'd definitely use Charles Rose again!

We originally chose Charles Rose to sell my Father's apartment in Warwick as we had bought it through them and the process had been handled in a very professional and friendly manner. When it became necessary to sell the apartment, they were the obvious company to use. They are very knowledgeable about the potential buyers market, and we were extremely pleased to have an offer well above the asking price for a quick sale. The sale and move went through in less than four weeks and Charles Rose supported us throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A big thumbs up for Charles Rose Estate Agents. We found Gary and Chris at Charles Rose to be so helpful and brilliant to deal with when we were buying our home through them.
