We’ve had a brilliant experience with Jeremy & Victoria: they’ve taken real care and thought with finding us tenants, and explained each stage of the rental process to us. They’re so generous with their time and knowledge and unlike many similar companies they seem to really care about the experience of people who live in their managed properties. They’re clearly embedded in the local area (several friends recommended them to us) and I wish all estate agents were like this: highly recommend Traynor & Co.

I have been a tenant with Traynor for 1 year. During the tenancy they have been very nice and helpful. We had a good relationship. For some reason, when we left the property, they completely changed their communication and became very aggressive and unreasonable. I was shocked how things turned whereas we made our best to vacate the property in good conditions and aways been serious tenants. It is clear that they wanted to make money and make us loose some of our deposit. They clearly would'nt help and make things go smoothly. I am very disappointed by their methods and it seems that this was all very well planned.

Traynors have been absolutely brilliant in terms of making the lettings process as stress-free as possible for me as a first time landlord. They are very friendly, practical and responsive. Their Rightmove ad and their performance on viewings were great, they found quality tenants quickly, gave sound advice when doing reference checks, gas/ electrical checks etc and have walked me through the contracts and other practicalities incredibly well. I have also had access to their roster of tried and tested lovely workmen, who have been fantastic and reasonably priced also. Very highly recommend Jeremy and Victoria to anyone else letting out a property! I will never use anyone else!

I cannot recommend Traynor & Co. enough. From the first viewing to handing back the keys, the service from the team was exceptional. They made everything clear and easy when we embarked on our tenancy, have an excellent online system to resolve any problems with the flat. We used the system to register faults a few times and they were all chased up and resolved in excellent time and with very professional and friendly tradesmen. We sadly ended our tenancy as we moved into family-owned property but the check out and deposit return process was straightforward and completed promptly. In addition to the stellar service you also get to engage with a lovely set of folks who cannot do enough for you. I've rented and worked as a decorator in the North and down here in London and they are hands down the best property management company I've ever interacted with. Would recommend.

Victoria and Jeremy have managed my flat for many years and I totally trust them to deal with the management of it. They are reasonable, easy to communicate with and also understanding of the market. I've had no trouble with any of the tenants and they have a personal touch which suits me well. I recommend them as a management company and as people who will find you a great property.

We can't say enough good things about Traynor and Co. We've had the pleasure of renting two different properties from them, and both experiences were great. The staff are very friendly and professional, and respond promptly and effectively to any questions or concerns. When we were looking for our second property, we really felt like they listened to us and to what we needed, and were able to find something in our price range and desired area. We would recommend them without reservation if you are looking to rent a home in North London!

We lived in a property managed by Traynor & Co in Crouch End. I've dealt with a number of rental and management agencies, and am happy to say they are one of the very best I've worked with (at least from the tenant's point of view). The full lifecycle from renting the property to our eventual move-out went flawlessly. They also do not charge admin / referencing fees from the tenant, which is a big plus.

We've used Traynor & Co as our letting agents for our Crouch End flat for about 8 years and they've been great to work with. We originally let through a larger London-wide agent and had nothing but problems: never able to talk to the same person, different departments handling different aspects of the rental (financial, tenants, etc) - generally frustrating. With Traynor we feel like we have a personal relationship with the owners and staff. Communication is easy and clear (even though we're abroad). They have a knack for finding quality, reliable tenants. Our flat is looked after and maintained well. Had we not transferred our property management to Traynor we probably would have sold our flat long ago. Highly recommended.

Superbe agency! I’ve been renting with Traynor for almost a decade. Finding a good letting agent in London is pretty hard, so I really lucked out with this one. They are one of a kind. The Traynor team are very friendly and take good care of their tenants. When I first started looking for a new flat Traynor managed to find the perfect fit for me very quickly.
I didn’t have many issues through the years, but if things did need fixing they were on the ball and sorted any problems straight away. Everything at Traynor is done with a personal touch. With this agency you matter as a tenant - you’re not just a number. I recall a time when they saved Christmas after my fridge broke just a few days before the holidays ;) Thank you! I can’t recommend this team highly enough.

I have known Jeremy Traynor both personally and professionally for over 25 years and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Traynor and Co to anyone looking to rent a flat (in fact he's the first person I send people to when they are looking!). When Traynor and Co first started the system was quite different to today, there were a lot more unscrupulous landlords and dodgy lettings agents who charged a fortune in fees and they really were a breath of fresh air in the area. We rented through Traynor for around 5 years and found their attitude and honesty was unique in the lettings market - they actually treat their customers like intelligent human beings!

I have also engaged Jeremy Traynor in his capacity as a surveyor on a house purchase. His report was comprehensive and he was happy to take time to explain issues simply and offer sensible solutions. The service I received from Traynor and Co has been appalling as someone seeking to rent a property and prepared to pay six months rent up-front.
On both of my inquiries about prospective lettings on their listing I was told I was the first inquirer and hence, first in the queue for a viewing.
Alas, for the first viewing I was sent a text saying it had been let to someone else with no explanation.
Having put this experience down to the kind of 'glitch' that sometimes occurs with any organisation I arranged to view a second property having ascertained I was the first person to inquire about it - I was excited, as I had been looking for some time.
When I turned up, it transpired the key did not fit in the door - again, I accepted that these things happen - even twice! I was promised a viewing the following day once the keys had been resolved.
I have just discovered that the flat has just been let to someone else with absolutely no follow up to me as promised from Emma, the so called 'Director.' No message. No call. No nothing. Just an empty space where I have been treated appallingly.
I'm not a 'moaner' just someone who likes good honest service, and while it's OK in one sense for people to mess up, I think when it happens twice in succession, issues need to be flagged up.
I spent four days waiting for contact that the correct keys had been located only to discover that the property had already been let by looking at their website! I think that's awful.

I wasn't overly impressed when getting a RICS Market Value report (which I needed for a CGT calc.) Whilst they appear to know their stuff and were reasonably priced, I found I was forever ringing up and chasing for the report. We just lost faith a bit, and we never received a promissed re-issue (and just gave up.)

Brilliant!! Today a plumber has just been and our fixed leaky tap already - within 2 hours of me making a call to the office. Amazing service!!
And it doesn't stop there - always prompt, efficient, super helpful and friendly. I remember one Christmas coming back out of hours (late at night) from relatives to find a stone cold flat - boiler trouble. I rang and they sorted it out almost immediately. A really top team. Thanks Traynor

If there is the slightest issue there is a system where I notify them and it is resolved pretty much immediately. We were with Traynor & Co for around 2.5 years.
Had an excellent experience with them, which is almost unheard of in London.
Every time we had a problem, be it boiler, leak, or other maintenance, Traynor sent a handyman around that day- sometimes within the hour!
Can't recommend them enough for anyone looking for a property in North London, or looking for someone to manage it for you.

Traynor & Co have always been impeccably professional. They provide correct and useful documentation, take the time to explain it thoroughly, are always responsive to communication, quickly address any issues with the flat, and a generally ethical and fair (rare in my experience of London estate agents!). Traynor & Co have even gone out of their way to help me find a new flat in London, with absolutely nothing to gain from their side!
They are also just nice people. I occasionally see them around the neighbourhood and always stop for a chat to say hello. This is what estate agents should be like!

It is an amazing experience to rent a place managed by Traynor - they are so much friendlier and down to earth than your typical estate agents. If there is any problem at all they solve it extremely quickly and don't just leave it there, but make sure it really has been solved by whoever they have brought in. They know who you are when you 'phone up too - you are not passed around thousands of people having to say the same problem over and over again. I cannot see myself ever renting a property in North London without it being through them as life is significantly less stressful than it used to be - thank you, Traynor!
