Castles worked very hard to ensure we had plenty of viewings and got the price we were looking for. When first buyer dropped out Castles went in to action again and quickly came up with another buyer.

Very bad experience indeed. The agency discriminated against me on the grounds of sex and marriage/civil partnership. When a complain was raised senior management failed to respond in professional and lawful manner, leaving me in serious doubt about this company's values and principles.
