I used Turners Property on Blandford Road, Hamworthy, Poole to sell a property recently. From start to finish, the service was second to none locally, and the whole team worked tirelessly to keep on top of the transaction from start to finish. A dedicated team who worked well together, and more importantly, kept me, as a seller in the loop. One important thing to consider when choosing a local Estate Agent, is honesty. I found Turners to be very professional and courteous. I dealt mainly with Lawrence in the Lytchett office. He valued our property accurately without over valuing which can be a temptation and he contacted us immediately when a suitable property came up for purchase.

She has guided me patiently and clearly through their latest letting procedures, given the lengthy time delay due to Council funding backlog process, she was diligent, persistent and very patient. Terrible estate agents. Ignored an inspection report for months and tenant had to live with extractor fans dripping dirty water. No responsibility taken, only resolved when landlord wanted to put the rent up and tenant complained.

From the first day of viewing the property, within a week myself and my daughter moved in. The staff are absolutely amazing. Emma has been brilliant, always keeping us updated with the moving in process. She also has brilliant staff that are always polite and very helpful when you call them. They are all very professional and very friendly and make you feel welcome when you call If there is a problem, they are always quick to respond and very prompt in getting the problem sorted.
We would recommend Turners property to anyone. And we very happy to be renting from them. We absolutely love our new home

Lawrence and his team were fantastic to work with from start to finish and I can't recommend him and Turners highly enough. We saw many agents when we were considering listing but of them all Lawrence was the most personable, passionate and knowledgeable. Wendy was also fantastic in sales progression and Emma was always pleasant and capable when I called in. Always on hand to help and a place that really care about your experience as well as selling the house quickly and at a good price, I can't recommend contacting Lawrence and Turners highly enough.
