Horrible service. We’ve only exchanged a few emails but not very straight forward and very rude. This people obviously need to have some sort of training in costumer service . Can’t even imagine how would they be face to face … this is why more and more people are trying to rent privately My recommendation is AVOID One of the emails was “No pets” not even a “kind regards [name]” Thanks... Appalling service and attitude. Arranged to view a property but the agent didn't show up & lied that he was there when he wasn't. Arranged another viewing but also failed that too. I called their office but no one to answer just answerphone left message also sent email but no one got back to me to apologise. I was in the process of buying a property. Got a mortgage in place, paid mortgage brokers and solicitors, moved in with my parents for a few months until the close of sale then got a letter through the door saying that the owner decided to rent it out instead. 2 days later it was advertised for sale again at a higher price!!!. I'd give no stars if I could, 1 is generous... travelled 2 hours to see a property... spent money on fuel... we arent local... didnt have the courtesy to phone me and say it was cancelled, so at 5pm I called them to ask where they were. Oh we cancelled it sent you an email... erm no they did not, asked the agent would I be standing outside this property if they had phoned me. Checked my inboxes no email until 7 minutes later after the abrupt call ended. Not even an apology 1 line, Tenant had to cancel rescheduling you for 3pm Saturday. No that's not okay!!! So angry and flabbergasted... we travelled with a 7 week old infant... who does that?!!! Tony Newman does. Honestly if you see their name associated with a property run a mile in the other direction. Please don't buy or rent a house through this man. Awful, arrogant and aggressive!! Breaking covid rules by not wearing a mask in people's home. Turning up to homes for a viewing unannounced. Very arrogant, aggressive, and unprofessional. Accused me of being a liar after shouting at me, then refused to take my calls, then to cap it all put the house back on the market even although I am in progress with the sale. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to be shouted at and bullied! Update...sellers decided not to go ahead with sale. Waste of time!!... Read more

Useless and Unprofessional! They don't show for viewings, don't contact you back, when you do get hold of them he is rude and couldn't care less?! And on top of that the images they use are false.. they use random pictures to houses they rent. Completely a waste of time... If they can't do the simplest of tasks how on earth can you trust them when you move in?... Read more
