I would like to thank Kirsty for an outstanding service, very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this firm. I turned to them as the first agent advised me my property was "unsellable" but this was not true and Unique properties were able to provide the correct service and sold the property swiftly. I can't speak highly enough of the service given by Unique Property Services. Having previously been on the books of a large Estate Agency (to remain nameless) and having had a number of issues with their service, the service of a small independent agency such as Unique has been a breath of fresh air. As a landlord my aim is to have happy, reliable tenants who want to remain for a number of years. Unique are very efficient at dealing with any tenant issues and we are only too pleased to sort issues as soon as they arise. Once you have good tenants, they are worth keeping hold of. Unique understand this and both Kirsty and Barbara provide a super efficient service, that is excellent value for money. They have excellent knowledge of the rentals sector, so if you are a new landlord or you are with a large chain Estate Agency I would switch as soon as possible to Unique. Their personalised, friendly and efficient service is second to none in my experience.... Read more

Do not use them - we were totally let down by this letting agent. After promising that they were not like other agents, a property that we were going to put a deposit down on and rent was given to someone else - even though we were unable to second view it because of an emergency in their company. Totally ruined our plans and expectations and reminded us not to trust estate agents EVER. Money talks for this company not customer care.
