Hayley Hunt and her team took our property onto their books and rented it with one viewing for over asking price to a sports professional wow!
They also found a property for me and my family which we needed within a week.
They organised and carried out all jobs for us and managed every detail.
This would have been so very stressful for us to manage.

Left work early a few weeks ago and drove 45 mins for a viewing. Waited over half an hour and contacted the agency - apparently Hayley was running late with another client, was stuck in traffic and didn’t have signal to contact us - not sure how she was able to communicate this to the office though without signal?
We waited a total of 45 mins before receiving confirmation no one would be showing up and we would need to reschedule. The next morning, no proactive apology and I’ve had to contact the agency directly to reschedule the next morning. An awful first impression, no direct apology from Hayley still, and a real let down / waste of our time.
Looks like my review is truly representative of many people’s experiences.
We viewed the property and it looked nothing like the pictures - completely mis selling to customers which is not legal and should be reported.

Beware of this agency - photos used for listings are old and doctored to make the property look incredible but when you view it it’s dilapidated and in a poor condition. Highly unprofessional and lacks credibility.
Love the defensive and accusatory tone in the response to the review - they currently have a property on Buckhurst Hill that I viewed with the agency so I am on their books - looks NOTHING like the photos on Rightmove and the entire listing is a lie.

agreed with other negative reviews.. my call was transferred twice to a lady who did not bother introducing herself started questioning about my details. All she cared about was to register me on her system, which sounded like her only goal and metric. When I was given the opportunity (thankfully!) to ask the property and vendor situations, she could only guess or assume. At one stage I thought she was even worse than a chatbot who is normally polite and professional!
btw I am not one of your registered customers because I did not want to!

BAD, BAD agent. Hayley the manager or owner is possible the rudest, most stuck up person you could ever have the displeasure of meeting. She lies, has no people skills and is simply a terrible estate agent. She seems to thinks she is on the tv program selling sunset. It would be funny if she weren't so rude and delusional. I advise you to take your business elsewhere.
Looking at the below reviews, she often states that the bad ones are fake. I bet some of the reviews are indeed fake, the good ones!!!!!

House hunting in Woodford using Hunts was a pleasure. We were met with kindness, patience and great customer care. Visiting from outside the area, we were met at Woodford tube station and driven to the houses by Hayley - which was more than we could have hoped for. Avoid! They wouldn’t put my offer forward on a property despite me owning several other much larger more expensive properties in the area. I explained, I have equity which I can release very promptly or use my company funds to buy outright. Neither of which was acceptable? I’m now constructing £10M of apartments on the road where Hunt office is located but will never market with them. The owner is very, very rude and arrogant. It’s very strange they received 3 five star comments in a day and yet only have a handful of reviews over three years it seems they want to mask genuine comments and bad experiences. I feel sorry for the seller of the property I wanted to purchase through them. No wonder it was on the market for over 12 months. I’m known very well by the other 3 larger more established agents on the road and will be selling my properties through them instead.
IN RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY - THEY DID NOT PUT MY OFFER FORWARD, THEY REFUSED TOO!!

Im not a person to write reviews but with this agency I have to as I have been renting from this agency 4 years and it’s the worst I have been dealing with....
when you want to report a problem you call Inform them , they say they will get in touch with you very shortly which means maybe 1week or untill you chase them up again its just ridiculous they don’t call back or answer the phone as they can see your number, I have asked to speak to someone more senior which she is never around or on holiday and doesn’t call you back, it’s just so sad how much landlords actually pay these people to look after their properties answer they are not available.....!!!!!!!

I used Hunt Property Services for my home extension and kitchen renovation. Their professional service and advice was of really high quality. They have extremely good contacts in the business from architects to builders and everything else. Hayley Hunt and all of the staff there are very professional and good at what they do. We didn't feel silly asking lots of questions all the time, they were more than happy to help us and advise us on everything. They are very friendly and approachable. From the start to finish of the project Hayley was on hand and there to see us through it all. As with all projects things changed along the way and we came across new decisions to make all the time, but Hayley and everyone at Hunt was so brilliant at helping us and giving us the right advice. We really benefited from using them and it was great that they passed on to us all of their great contacts in the business. Only the best is used, nothing is done to cut corners and risk the job not being done properly and to the highest of standards and quality. I'd definitely recommend using Hunt, they are definitely a class above anyone else.

We bought a house marketted by Hunt in September 2018. Debbie and Beverley were very responsive by telephone and email and made me feel secure throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble and they were excellent in progressing what became a difficult transaction with a slow chain. As a local solicitor I wouldnt hesitate to use Hunt myself in the future and recommend them to friends, family and clients.

Awful agent. Hayley came to value my property amongst several other agents and she was clearly the worst. She really thought she was doing me a favour and her attitude was beyond bad. She walked around the property beliving she was above it. All other agents asked if they should take their shoes off before entering, she didnt and proceeded to walk around my carpets with her wet, dirty shoes. Rude, unprofessional, past it, wannabe TOWIE woman playing at being a buisness person.
Further to below reponse, the valuation was made under my partners name and I confirm Hayley Hunt did value my property in 2018.
I can confirm from my own experience, they are not the best agent in Woodford Green, they are the worst. One can only assume she knows somebody at these awards. Hayley Hunt has zero customer service skills and has an awful reputation in the area I have since found after discussing with people locally. AVOID

I recently asked Hayley Hunt to value my apartment she also gave me some very useful home improvement tips which I am now putting into place with a friendly team that Hunt provided all very cost affective ideas, I will go back to Hunt to follow through with the sales process, this advice has been in valuable to me. If your thinking of selling call them first as they really know their stuff and I will now make more money on my property than I would have if I just listed it in its original condition thanks guys!

Rude and unhelpful. Never return messages. Did not confirm my offer and when I called them they announced the asking price had been achieved. Hadn't come back to me to ask if I could go higher. The kind of estate agent that gives estate agents a bad name!!

As a professional landlord I have over the years used many Estate Agents to manage my property portfolio. Having used Hayley Hunt of Hunts Property Services to manage my properties in the Chigwell area for the last 4 years, I can honestly say that the service she has provided me in both buying, selling and renting out my properties has been totally professional. I only wish that some of the other agents I use would emulate the service that I'm receiving from Hunt Property.

I have now sold 3 houses and also rented one through hunt property services.
To start the photography taken makes you question why your selling your property. Each time I’ve made it clear not to send time wasters to my property and they seem to get them well as I seem to have a good ratio off offers.
Going forward I will never use another estate agent. Thank you for all your help girls

Dishonest and Fabulist Property agent with no credibility!
The biggest mistake I made was to engage with Hunt, and as a result I endured a complete mismanagement of my property due to their complete incompetence. They also refuse to pay-back the deposit for the damages and use it for their own financial gain.
Avoid at all cost!!
