We recently successfully agreed a sale of our home with support from David Karass at Madison Fox. Honestly can't speak highly enough of the experience. I'd had David come by to value our house a while ago, but then ran into him again as the selling agent on a property we viewed, once we started looking. As a buyer he was responsive, friendly and flexible in arranging a viewing. During the viewing he struck the right balance between highlighting the property and engaging with our likes and concerns, without tipping over into 'hard sell'. He followed up promptly. Having experienced him as a 'selling' agent when I was a buyer, it was quite an easy choice to go with him for our sale, and the process was buttery smooth. From arranging EPC and photos, to arranging viewings, he helped us to understand timelines and managed expectations. Once we had viewings his communication with us was outstanding, as well as being very efficient at following up with buyers (and a potential seller) as our position changed. We secured a chain-free sale within about 2 weeks of going on market, within 1% of his valuation. On our purchase journey we came across many sellers agents who were unresponsive, had poor follow up, or seemed disinterested. There is no risk of that if you go with David!

I had a great experience with David and the team at Madison Fox (MF). In fact, I had two great experiences. I sold and bought through Madison Fox. MF were not a big player in the area I was selling in, compared to others but are a big player where I was buying. I saw a house to buy that they were selling and it made sense to use the same agent to sell my house. Having one agent holding it all together seemed like a good idea, and I think that turned out to be true and wise, as David kept us all on track when we hit a couple of bumpy moments on the journey. My initial reluctance was based on the fact that I was unfamiliar with MF and they had no high street presence in my old neighbourhood. I needn't have worried. Very little houses are sold via the 'shop window' anymore. It's all through the usual channels - Rightmove etc. They advertised online. The buyers are monitoring online and they flocked on a dry Saturday in January. Young Ben did his bit and we sold to a lovely young couple. Should you consider David with his wonderful New York energy, and the team at Madison Fox? You simply must.

When we were introduced to Madison Fox, we were at our wits end with a property that was not budging, and were financially stretched without the ability to have tenants in it, which was incredibly stressful, and we felt helpless. Once I spoke to David Karass, my whole perspective on the market changed in just one phone call and he gave me much needed reassurance about how they would market and sell the property. He was friendly, knowledgeable and realistic. And he was also 100% correct. Once David and his team, who couldn't have done more for us, got their hands on the property it was gone within weeks and essentially had more than one offer too, which was a pleasant surprise after the trauma of it feeling like it was unsellable. David got us a good price, and found great buyers who didn't mess about either. His team kept us informed along the way, and he ensured we were able to call upon the team throughout - even dreaded meter readings, and house clearance process. Thankfully I don't have to do this process again (for a while) but if I did, I would be calling David Karass straightaway, and will be recommending him to anyone in the area.

Took a chance on Madison Fox after receiving their direct marketing. Chose them to rent out and manage my rental property. I am a very particular and pendantic customer and more than 6 months in I can say that they have been helpful and diligent and dealt with any concerns and complaints raised by me in a prompt and effective manner.
Balinder Kaur in particular has been patient and always presented a 'can do' attitude. She and her team got my property on the market within less than a week and found me tenants and offers days later. The whole process of getting tenants vetted and in the property was really fast and the tenants have been great.
Also dealt with licensing for the council when an issue arose. Balinder spent the weekend managing and resolving the issue successfully. Glad I took a chance on them!

BUYERS BEWARE! David Karrass was the agent we dealt with.
There is no authenticity to their words or actions.
You’ve had an offer accepted on a property then 2 weeks later you haven’t then someone else has, but you can if you offer more but it doesn’t matter because the other buyer is giving the agents money under the table!!
ALL SHADY BUSINESS CHARACTERISTICS.
We never had more anxiety when purchasing than dealing with Madison Fox.
VENDORS BEWARE! I’ve seen other listings that were up with Madison Fox then changed to other agents.

Having had our property on the market for 6 months with no success we decided to change agents. We had an acceptable offer within the week and completed 10 weeks later. David was exceptional in his communication and kept us informed about everything on a regular basis. Would highly recommend.
