Andrew at Avacado Property has been instrumental in helping me sell my property. From valuation, viewings and closing the deal Andrew has shown immense professionalism and more importantly supreme customer experience. He has been the "go to" for all the stages of selling my property which has meant better communication and less hassle for myself as a seller. One of Andrew's biggest qualities is his dedication, from attending calls late in the evenings and weekends to having a clear marketing strategy for the property, this effort has resulted in my property being sold in a timely and efficient manner. We contacted an Avocado agent to ask for tips about why our property may be struggling to sell. We are relocating to Berkshire and had seen the way Avocado market their properties. Every time I had contacted the agent they were super helpful and they put me in contact with Andrew as he was willing to travel 1.5 hours to a new area to help us remarket our property. He was very swift to respond and came the very next day (he had contacted me in the evening). He used high quality equipment to show our property in the best light, including using a drone to get the best view of the large garden space. He was professional but also laid back and his open and honest approach demonstrated his knowledge and his passion for his job. After travelling home (M25 on a Friday evening ????) Andrew very quickly put our marketing video together and it was straight on the portals that evening. By using social media it allowed us to share the ad to all the local group pages to get as much coverage as possible. Andrew has been lovely to have around as he is very passionate and down to earth but does an amazing job with marketing and communication. He understands we are trying to sell our most valued asset. If I ever were to need an estate agent again Avocado Properties would be my go to and also recommendation to anyone who is looking to sell.... Read more

Sadly though I have since checked other advocado adds placed by other agents in other areas and it looks just like the same old stuff… not enough info and misleading adverts on shared ownership properties.
