Enquired about a property here multiple times, letting agent Alexsey has very poor communication skills and did not get back to me, then completely ignored my email. Scheduled a virtual viewing which I did not receive for the specified time and only received a day later once asking.
Asked him to give me a call twice so we could discuss the property however he only wanted to be contacted via email.
However on the bright side all other staff seem to be quite friendly and helpful

I found Waterfords in Yateley to be one of the best estate agents that I have ever dealt with. James and Harry were truly fantastic and went above and beyond to get my house sold. After a truly horrendous experience with Mackenzie Smith where I was sold a house by them that had fundamental problems and was not told the whole truth about the property prior to the sale, I was left quite disheartened by estate agents. Sadly due to the subsequent complications with the property which became apparent when building works began, I felt I wanted to move on and needed to find somewhere else to live - I was also determined never to return to the previous purchase agents.
James and Harry of Waterfords immediately took on the challenge, were extremely supportive in what was a very difficult selling experience and worked hard to find buyers. Unlike the purchase agents, Waterfords were professional, genuinely caring, never bulled me into making decisions I wasn't comfortable with and were upfront with me about what my expectations should be. Though I know this is a business, I felt that James and Harry were interested in my best interests as well as those of the business. They also had copious amounts of advice which proved to be invaluable. I was impressed by their determination and resilience to get the property sold despite at times difficult odds and cheery demeanour and sense of humour when we came up against multiple obstacles. I can't thank them enough for their help, professionalism and attention to detail. If I was moving into this area again I would certainly use Waterfords without a doubt. Thank you so much guys.

It has been said that moving home is one of the most stressful times in ones life
Unfortunately , this experience for me and my family was not the the norm in the slightest. It took 10 months to complete
many ups and downs and i didn't think it would ever happen at one point.Putting all the problems to oneside.
Waterfords were my seller's estate agents. Harry Dean was able to keep us in the loop throughout the process. Communications with him was excellent.
Harry went above and beyond to help, as solicitors thoroughout the chain were lacking in there communications with each other.
If it wasn't for Harry's I'm not sure that I would be living here now. I can't recommend Waterfords enough.
They didn't even sell our home. Harry Dean is amazing

Josh and his team have been appalling. They took nearly 3 weeks to do basic checks when other estate agents say it should be a 3/4 day max. we clearly expressed dates after already delaying removals, cleaners etc. they said on a Friday evening after 3 weeks we had failed the checks even though they had done the references completely wrong. I phoned time after time and they assured the link to fill out a form would be sent straight away, it took them an additional 5 days just to send the link. This has costs us hundreds in cancellations. There are clearly under qualified and I highly suggest everyone goes elsewhere. They have been very rude and extremely lazy. Terrible service.
In addition to what you said, updates would have been nice. Zero information provided. You are also holding our deposit still? Why is this ? You have done nothing? Been 3 weeks now. Also please do look into it, as I say josh and the team have been useless.

Moving in your 80's is not fun but he calmly helped them every step of the way, kept to his word with exchange dates and only just over 4 months after they said they wanted to move they were installed in their new home. My house was on the market with other agents. At that time I was looking to move within the area and Harry from Waterfords was great at keeping me posted about properties on with them that might interest me.
I did sell but decided to move away to be nearer family.
Unfortunately the chain fell through and viewings went quiet. To be honest a very low time for me.
Just at the right time I had a call from Harry saying they'd love to help me...and he really thought they could.
That afternoon Keith, the Yateley branch Manager came round and I signed a contract. Keith was friendly, respectful and professional. I just felt I could put my trust in them.
How right I was...Keith carried out a viewing at my property the following morning and the couple offered straightaway! I was thrilled and so relieved.
I can say from experience that Waterfords are the best agents in the area. It's hard to say exactly why but their approach is just right and whether you're a buyer or seller they instill confidence and trust.
