Jodie's professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail meant it was a very pleasant, hassle-free experience for us, while her polite, friendly and compassionate approach took much of the stress out of a significant life event and was a breath of fresh air compared to many less than pleasing experiences with some of Chancellors' local competitors previously.

We never felt like we were being sold to and we trusted her entirely throughout the process of our purchase as she gave sound, genuine advice. It turned out to be quite a complicated process and Debbie went above and beyond to support us through the entire process to make sure the purchase progressed through to completion. We can’t thank her enough. Thanks Debbie! I would not hesitate to recommend G-P’s!

Although the process took longer than expected due to issues further up the chain (through no fault of our own), Karl was genuine, honest, and kept us informed every step of the way. He was thorough, and whether it was a call back or an email, he always got back to us very quickly. Despite the challenges, Karl did everything he could to keep things moving. It's clear why the agency has such a great reputation in the area. Highly recommended.
