We have just completed our sale through Prospect Sandhurst. From the beginning Connor was very efficient and helpful. The marketing of our property was spectacular leading to us receiving three offers within six days, one for the asking price. Connor passed us on to Bernadette Martin, Transaction Manager and I cannot praise her enough. Having used other estate agents during our property search, we were particularly impressed with the professionalism we experienced with Prospect. Our agent, Daniel Hopkinson, had great enthusiasm, was knowledgable about the property we liked (even fitting in a second viewing on the same day!) and a real desire to answer our questions.
When going through the offer process, even during busier periods, we never waited long for a call back from Daniel or someone else within Prospect and out queries were dealt with in a timely manner.
Apart from some administrative hicups along the way, any errors were quickly remedied when raised.
For what can be a stressful experience going through a property purchase, Prospect has remained in contact and continue to keep us updated along the way.

We have tried to book in for a viewing. Have been told the house is only doing an open house which we booked in for. I have tried to ask them for an earlier date 2x but they said it wasn't possible as the vendor was away. We had to reschedule our plans because of it. We have then waited for 2 weeks for the appointment, only to be called the day before and be told it was sold. I asked how it was possible as they told me they weren't doing viewings multiple times. The agent just said well someone did view. Was very disappointed- they have just straight lied to us on multiple occasions.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Prospect in Sandhurst have been AMAZING! After trying tirelessly to sell my property with another agent for 3 months and receiving awful/no service, I chose to change agents and sell through Prospect instead - and it was the BEST decision I ever made! I wish I'd gone straight to them in the first place! I was under offer within the first week, with multiple offers to choose from. David, Jordan, Connor, Dan and Paul have all been so fantastic! I've been kept in the loop every single step of the way, I can't fault their communication. My first buyer sadly had to pull out for unforeseen circumstances, but Prospect had my property back under offer within a week (AGAIN) and with multiple offers to choose from. That also sadly fell through a couple of weeks later, but Prospect had me back under offer again later the SAME DAY. My sale really put them through their paces and was only a small one bed maisonette, but they never let the comparatively smaller monetary value of my property ever affect their level of customer service. They've just been brilliant! I can't recommend Prospect enough! Thank you for everything!

I cannot recommend these guys enough! We are currently moving back to the area from Wales and the house we were buying had Prospects as the agent. We met Connor first of all for the viewing. Our first thoughts were 'young lad, will tell us anything just for the sale', but how wrong we were! He did everything possible to get us the house we wanted. Long story short....this house actually fell through and we ended up buying through a different agent....but the whole process was dealt with so professionally. We never had an issue with getting the answers we needed. They called us back when they said they would. They were completely honest about everything from the start. Just had a call from Prospects frustrated that I choose another estate agent over them, and then trying to tell me that the estate agent I have gone with is marketing commission at less than 1% at 0.75% which is untrue.
I did not go with Prospects as they under valued my property a couple of years ago, which i have email confirmation from them that they had. Yet they think selling a neighbours flat 20K+ under what they originally valued the flat for as a 'result'. Dirty tactics played by this estate agent, which is why I would not use them and would advise others to stay clear.

We felt that without his constant input, chasing and support within the chain we would never have managed to exchange and complete. Managing other agents and solicitors is a complex task and you need someone who understands the system and works tirelessly to ensure that the everything moves into place.
David answered questions clearly, managing our expectations with his vast knowledge and experience. He was always contactable and worked above and beyond to help us move house.
Our only wish was that we had asked David at Prospect to sell our house too.

I went along with my daughter and her husband to meet someone from Prospect to take measurements in the house, ready for the move in. No one turned up so my daughter spoke to the seller who said that she had pulled out of the deal 3 days ago. Prospect failed to notify my daughter of this very big decision and it left my daughter in tears on the doorstep of the house she was hoping to move into in 2 to 3 weeks.
Very unprofessional service and a lot of hard earned money wasted. Shame on you Prospect!

Prospect staff and conveyancer were enthusiastic and helpful, but they did not waste time when persuading me to cut the price when viewers did not make offers. The house probably went for a realistic price given its condition even after some repairs and redecoration, and as a first time seller I have no experience on which to base a judgment whether I could have held out for more, or whether I could have got a better deal from Waterfords who were the first agent I talked to and offered a similar fee percentage. In the end I went with Prospect because their office was more local and they appeared to have more properties, despite being warned that they had been involved in a cartel to fix fees (someone even put a leaflet through my door, but I believe other agents had also been involved in cartels elsewhere in the country).

I travelled 17 miles to view a property on Saturday to get there and receive a phone call 15 mins after the viewing should have taken place from agent saying sorry the M3 was shut and he could get from farnborough to sandhurst (not far) and to be honest if I hadn’t of rang up and told them I probably wouldn’t have got a phone call. The girl I rang didn’t even apologies. Unfortunatley by reading the reviews this is probably a reflection on the individuals rather than the team.

From our first meeting at the house, the guys were easy going, not condescending (as a lot of estate agents can be) and were very honest with what we should consider to achieve in selling our property.
They were prompt in getting great quality photos taken and marketing the house.
Prospect kept us up to date every step of the way and made sure feedback was passed on and that the property was kept as they found it when showing people around.
Once we agreed a sale, Prospect guided us through the process perfectly which was much appreciated as our first time selling.
We came to Prospect after being greatly disappointed by another local estate agent. Prospect were completely different and I would recommend them to anybody. We will surely try to use them again in the future.
