Asked 6 agent to assess property. In my opinion, Henly's gave the most realistic appraisal of the value & market conditions, so instructed them to proceed with marketing.
Henly's managed viewings and buyer offer received within a couple of weeks.
Henly's very supportive in interactions with buyer and both solicitors through conveyancing period.
Have often recommended friends & other contacts to speak with Henly's for house move & mortgage advice.
Trevor, Jacqui & Graham are a very friendly team, easy to deal with.

Viewed a property, agent totally disinterested was shunned through the property, not that it was large, but no professionalism, no rapport, very rude. Left feeling upset and angry! Shame as i liked the property!

We were lining up a rental property listed through Henlys, and ended-up pulling out and losing our holding deposit rather than proceed with them. I am not going to write everything here, but I found dealing with them extremely stressful due to the poor communication and unprofessionalism, that is without mentioning what I thought of the quality of the tenancy agreement provided to us.

Have had a hand full of conversations with Jacquie/Jackie from henlys, each time she has been rude, dismissive, un helpful and generally unprofessional. Shocking customer service, and rude members of staff!

Me and my partner had a very difficult time with Henlys whilst trying to go through the process of a rental. We thought that the communication was extremely poor and rude most of the time! They took no responsibility for their own contract that was written in a really amateur and ambiguous manner. Had to pull out 4 days before moving as the paperwork was still in shambles. Had a really stressful time and would really recommend not going to the trouble of renting with Henlys.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company over the span of two years - I’ve left a review on two occasions but both have been removed.
Staff members are rude and aggressive, they also broke tenancy laws and let themselves into the home I was renting when I wasn’t there, without my permission.
I would advise people not to roll the dice with this company and especially not with Jacqui.
