We have been using Urban Lettings to deal with the letting for our property in Clapham for around 10 years now. In total we have 3 rentals around the UK and have gone through a wide variety of lettings agents and Urban Lettings are far the best.
They’re 100% client focused and ensure that both tenants and landlords are happy.
We live overseas and find that Urban Lettings make things super easy for us. If there’s any maintenance issues they provide reliable, fairly priced tradesman and manage the entire process with little intervention from me.
Their level of service and quality of work far exceeds any other agents that we have used and they are exceptional value for money.
I can’t recommend these guys enough. I only wish that we could use them for our other properties too.

They are available at all times to answer my questions and put me at ease in the rental process. I will be using them for my next search, and recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience (I'd go as far to say completely enjoyable!)

Had a fantastic experience renting in Battersea with Urban Lettings for five years. The team is really professional, responsive and helpful, and always go out of their way to be considerate of their tenants. Whenever there was an issue in the flat they would immediately take action to resolve it, and whenever necessary work had to be completed they would provide clear communications and plenty of notice. Highly recommend!
