Honestly cannot thank the guys at KFH enough!
Josephine Fong was so helpful as the agent to us as first time buyers. She wasn’t overly pushy and always kept our requirements in mind whilst being really informed about the properties when we asked questions. Once we got into the purchase process, she kept us updated throughout and even helped us navigate our own incredibly unhelpful conveyancers. At the most stressful points, she was the calming influence that helped us finally land our flat.
Likewise, Kevin Hurley as our mortgage broker was super helpful. He not only got us a better rate than another broker had said was possible, but also kept us fully informed throughout. Again, he always seemed on hand to provide a much appreciated guiding hand when dealing with the unfamiliar world of mortgages.

This was our first time renting in the UK, being from the US we did not know what to expect, the process involved with renting, and what documents were required. To be honest it felt overwhelming at times as we were only in London for about a week and had to search for a flat, were living out of a hotel, and working. Some of the estate agents were not as supportive and helpful and were quite pushy. This was not the case with Emilia and the entire KFH Battersea team.
They were helpful, knowledgeable, and were easy to work / communicate with. They successfully guided us through the process and helped us every step of the way. Switching estate agents was the best decision I ever made, Emilia and the team made a difference from day one by getting us far more viewings then we had previously and offers on the table came between a months.

He also advised on the legalities around renting properties, and went out of his way to make sure that I found exactly what I was looking for. He continued to check in with me via the telephone to make sure everything ran smoothly.
If it was possible to give more than 5 stars for the service I was given, I most certainly would!

We had an excellent experience with KFH and in particular our agent Harry and her coworker Joy. And I mean truly exceptional. He went above and beyond, and got our flat ready under extremely tight deadlines.
Long story short: When we visited this flat we had only 4 days before being “homeless” (not really, we’d use airbnb & box storage, but still it’s a real inconvenience and cost). So, that’s the background: 4 days left! We visited this flat, placed an offer, harry helped us adjust it, and the offer got accepted. And then . . . He managed to push through all the documents, get in touch with the landlord, organize the inventory, setup the cleaning, schedule an electrician visit, and do everything that was required so we could move in the flat in the next 3 days. Incredible!! We didn’t have to use airbnb & box storage in the end, and that solved us a lot of time, money and effort. I still can’t believe that we would be living in a strangers house right now, if not for Harry’s efficiency.

We were very pleased with the way the team marketed our flat, the pictures were excellent - we felt they made our flat stand out from other similar properties on sale. While we were having viewings, Ina and Emilia’s communication was great and our time very much respected, making sure viewing times worked for us and that we were given adequate notice.
After we accepted an offer, Ed was exceptionally good at communicating between the parties, ensuring things are on track, navigating the difficulty of leasehold queries and pushing both solicitors into action when needed. I really feel that Ed went above and beyond in how ‘on top’ of everything he was and it made what could at times be quite a stressful process a lot more manageable.
Overall, I can’t recommend KFH Battersea Park enough, it was a pleasure to sell our flat through them and I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent in the area.

We recently bought our first home with KFH. We viewed a few properties with Ina Betsi and eventually bought one flat with her as our agent. She was incredibly professional and I have never known someone to be so quick to respond to emails! This was extremely helpful when trying to organise and arrange house buying which is such a difficult and long process. During the buying process she was very efficient going between parties encouraging the necessary paperwork, especially useful as we were working to a tight deadline to complete before stamp duty holiday (which we managed to do in the end despite many solicitors telling us it would not be possible as too short notice! - aided by KFH and Ina helping push things along for sure).
Before finding our dream home we had viewed many other properties with multiple other agents and honestly some other agencies were very rude! It was such a relief in the end to be buying a property with KFH who were truly so professional, attentive, responsive and reliable throughout the whole process. They say estate agents are on the side of the vendors but we had faith in KFH and felt we were working together the whole time. If you have the pleasure to work with Ina as your agent you are in very good hands!

I can't recommend enough KFH Battersea branch and their team - everyone I dealt with has been so helpful and knowledgeable. I bought by first flat with them and with the help of amazing Siya. As a first time buyer, not being sure what the hell I am doing, the flat search started as a daunting experience. I actually saw the KFH office by accident while I was in the area doing some research and decided to walk in (old school!) and met Siya. From initial hello and registration to viewings and having an acceptance on the offer, it's been a very lovely experience, Siya is very supportive, always has time for you and is a pleasure to work with.
Two years on, I am now renting my flat out and have been working with amazing team of Alex and Tatiana. Very responsive, clear in recommendations and advice and full transparency and excellent communication.

I used KFH to find and buy a new home in Battersea. Ina from the Battersea office was my "go-to" person.
She was very impressive, having a great knowledge of the area (she actively listened to what I wanted to buy, and took me to see various properties which were all of interest - rather than doing what some estate agents have done before, which is to ignore what I want and take me to properties they want to sell me!).
Throughout the buying process Ina was the stand-out person who was incredibly responsive, and very good at managing and coordinating often chaotic solicitors in order to get the sale through before the SDLT deadline. She did an enormous amount of work behind the scenes after the sale was agreed and I'm very appreciative. She was also uplifting to work with on what can be a very stressful life experience.
Lastly, whenever I spoke to anyone else in the office they were always very "on it" and personable.
I'll use KFH to sell & buy next time - highly recommend!

I have moved into my new home recently and If it was someone else, I don’t think I could have managed to find a place in such a good condition and location. He has been so helpful and responsive since the beginning. He was so good at understanding of what I like and what kind of place I would be better off. Him being very good at communicating and reading you, makes you feel secure that he is on your side. He is very efficient and a real problem solver. He tried any possible way to make me and the landlord meet in the middle, where we were both happy about the decision we made at the end.

I highly recommend KFH in Battersea, especially when you are in touch with Rumz. He is very talk active and you do not need to chase him as many other estate agencies forget that you are looking for a property. He is very friendly and super kind, doing his job as you expect. At the end, I did not get the property with KFH as I found another one, but I had a house viewing with Rumz and no one was looking after my needs like he does...neither my current estate agency. Emiliana tailored our searches to what we asked for, and let us know immediately if there were properties on the market to rent, she was able to advise us on what to look for and we managed to find a property within 5 days, which was perfect! Got an offer for our flat for a fair price in record time once all niggles on our end had been sorted out!
The team was very busy so was hard to contact on the phone, but they always returned our calls and we never felt like anything was being held up by them.
The only thing we weren't impressed with was the buyer's solicitors, who had been recommended by KFH as being part of their panel of approved solicitors. The panel solicitors allocated to us were better but also could have forwarded queries to us a little less "promptly" (i.e. we were asked the same things a few times as the buyer's solicitors seemed to be very disorganised, and/or couldn't figure some things out, and it would have been nice if our solicitors had not sent things on to us that they could resolve themselves as we had already provided the information).

One of the worst agencies in terms of customer service and communication. They don't respond to emails and when called they refer you to another unrelated branch. But when they want to collect money, then they are the fastest. And spaming you with sales offers even though you asked them multiple times to stop.

Rita lead the sale for our flat in SW8. The timing could not have been trickier. After a very negative experience with another agent who had our property for October/November who had made no progress towards a sale in that time, Rita continued to keep in touch with us to check how things were going after having met with her earlier on in our process. We signed with her and KFH in December agreeing the contract with them pre-Brexit finalization. While the market picked up considerably in January, the impact of COVID was felt from February. Despite all this, Rita was able to secure a buyer even given low traffic/interest in our property by proactively suggesting it to buyers who ended up loving the place. The negotiations were long and difficult given COVID and the turbulence of the market but in the end we settled on a price both parties were happy with and the sale proceeded swiftly once fully agreed thanks to Rita pushing both sides. We should have gone with Rita and KFH from the very beginning in hindsight and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others trying to sell in these very tricky times. Thank you Rita and team!

Having had bad experiences with local estate agents and not getting many viewings and little feedback, we looked to KFH. The team was very professional and friendly and kept to their word in being able sell our flat and get us a house in the same area!
They gave constructive advice on what we needed to do and we received an offer. Their level of detail, feedback and viewings was much more compared to all the other estate agents we used combined and their expertise really shined through.

I have always received a prompt and efficient service from KFH. I have been a Landlord for many years and they have always found me good tenants with no rental voids. The service has been far more than just a plain contract between myself and the agency, there have been personal touches and assistance when required. Their fees may seem a little high, but the quality of service and peace of mind compensate amply for this and in the end are good value for money. I can thoroughly recommend KFH Lettings in Battersea. Contrary to everything you may hear about Estate Agents these guys break the mould! My flat was advertised to let and viewings were lined up before it even went "live" The network of the KFH braches all work together and I had viewings from 3 different offices which was impressive. Warren Bennett at Battersea Park was so helpful, friendly, kind, efficient and knowledgeable and provided some super tenants. He and the team kept me constantly up to date on progress and were there if I had any queries. I would definitely recommend KFH. In my experience it has been worth paying for an agent to find the right tenants, run all the necessary checks and make sure all parties are happy with terms and conditions etc AND turn the whole thing round in a matter of weeks. I signed with KFH Battersea Park tenatively, as I had originally instructed a highly rated online agency given the cost difference. After 4 weeks with the online agency, having had no viewings, I signed with KFH after a very friendly conversation with Pippa Warren. Literally as the photographer left my house I was called up with a viewing for that day, my property wasn't yet on the market. I ended up having three viewings booked in within 24 hours, despite my property not being 'live'.
The interest continued, and I was fortunate enough to have had 8 viewings booked in within the week, and I received an offer of full asking price a week after going 'live'.
The sale was a rather arduous one as the buyers were very particular - understandable - and my solicitors proved to be very hard work, but Dominic Weber and Pippa Warren remained an great support for me throughout. I can't fault their communication and professionalism, and it really did make me see that despite the ease of online searches, there is a need for 'traditional' agencies, and I would highly recommend this agency in particular.

We just sold our flat through KFH Battersea Park, and even though it was really stressful due to our initial buyer pulling out, I cannot fault the KFH sales team. They were excellent all the way through, resold straight away for the same price and were communicative and proactive. We used the KFH recommended solicitors (Londonwide Conveyancing) and they were excellent too. I will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
