I can thoroughly recommend KFH Lettings in Battersea. Contrary to everything you may hear about Estate Agents these guys break the mould! My flat was advertised to let and viewings were lined up before it even went "live" The network of the KFH braches all work together and I had viewings from 3 different offices which was impressive. Warren Bennett at Battersea Park was so helpful, friendly, kind, efficient and knowledgeable and provided some super tenants. He and the team kept me constantly up to date on progress and were there if I had any queries. I would definitely recommend KFH. In my experience it has been worth paying for an agent to find the right tenants, run all the necessary checks and make sure all parties are happy with terms and conditions etc AND turn the whole thing round in a matter of weeks. Thank you :)

I signed with KFH Battersea Park tenatively, as I had originally instructed a highly rated online agency given the cost difference. After 4 weeks with the online agency, having had no viewings, I signed with KFH after a very friendly conversation with Pippa Warren. Literally as the photographer left my house I was called up with a viewing for that day, my property wasn't yet on the market. I ended up having three viewings booked in within 24 hours, despite my property not being 'live'. The interest continued, and I was fortunate enough to have had 8 viewings booked in within the week, and I received an offer of full asking price a week after going 'live'. The sale was a rather arduous one as the buyers were very particular - understandable - and my solicitors proved to be very hard work, but Dominic Weber and Pippa Warren remained an great support for me throughout. I can't fault their communication and professionalism, and it really did make me see that despite the ease of online searches, there is a need for 'traditional' agencies, and I would highly recommend this agency in particular.

Chloe and James provided outstanding service and support throughout the whole process of finding my flat to moving in. I was able to move into the new flat within a view of viewing it because both work tirelessly to ensure they did everything to help me. I couldn't recommend both highly enough and had a fantastic experience in the move in process with KFH.
