Sanaz is truly exceptional.<br>She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.<br>When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.<br>At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.<br>She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.<br>She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.<br>I could not recommend her highly enough. I’m not sure what to make of this, but it was the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had of being shown around a flat. I was apprehensive about using an unheard of estate agent as I’ve always stuck to well known ones. All seemed good at first when speaking to Leanna who made me feel at ease with her chirpy regional dialect, but then the viewing.. Well, Leanna showed up on time and we went inside. The tenants were out and the property was exactly as it looked on the website, so no complaints there, but then she started helping herself to biscuits, saying “I won’t tell if you don’t”. It didn’t stop there.. she opened the fridge and started putting items in a plastic carrier bag. Not even anything of value - it was literally butter and eggs.<br><br>I would have given 2.5 stars if I could, but as it was either 2 or 3 I opted for 2. It wasn’t a mediocre experience, and credit where it’s due for the property being nice, it was just incredibly odd. Needless to say I didn’t put in an offer.

I had pretty much a perfect experience when selling my first flat with EO - I could not have asked for more. Initially I had a few discussions with other bigger estate agents who gave me very unrealistic expectations. Immediately I could tell from my first conversation with EO that the service I would get would fit me better and be more personal, and they helped me to understand the market fully and gave me realistic expectations. The marketing provided by EO was outstanding, and it was great that they created a video to showcase the property which was then marketed over instagram etc (I know other agents only do this for very high value properties, so it was nice to have that for my relatively low value studio). I had seen other properties in my building (marketed by other agents) fail to sell for many months so I was worried mine would be the same, however I did not need to worry as EO got me 6 viewings within a couple of days and I was able to accept an offer above asking price within a week of launch. Throughout the sale process Poppy was amazing at keeping things moving and chasing up solicitors etc where needed - I really didn’t need to do much at all during the sale. Thanks Elle and everyone at EO for helping make my first sale such a positive experience!

I can't speak highly enough of the team at EO. From the beginning Emma and Elle were incredibly impressive - they worked so hard to sell our flat in a tough market. I worked with Elle and Emma at EO Estate Agents to purchase a new-build property, which completed in December. They were a pleasure to deal with, responding promptly and thoughtfully to all my questions and requests. There were a few unforeseen delays that arose, and the transaction dragged on for nearly six months until it was finalised. I really can't rate EO, and specifically Jack, highly enough.<br><br>The circus that is selling a leasehold flat in London wasn't easy and certainly not smooth at times but having Jack from EO put in such significant legwork through the whole process was so very helpful. Securing the buyer was just a small percentage of the hugh amount of work Jack put in. The chasing of third parties for us, the support, the advice, the constant updates on what was happening. If there were more than 5 stars for the experience, I would give that! I have come across many estate agents in the past during a few purchases and I must admit that EO is simply the best in what they do. They are caring, compassionate, kind and have absolutely the best interests for every party involved in the transaction. I have interacted with Elle, Emma and Poppy. Emma is a stellar performer and Poppy is an amazing sales progressor. They are so efficient and knowledgeable about aspects of the sale, it's really been a pleasure. Elle is the founder and has created a great team who are a total go - getters. The purchase wasn't smooth as there were hurdles along the way but Emma and Poppy removed every hurdle with so much finesse and supported us.
