Not a good experience, unprofessional and unresponsive over emails. Always have to call them in addition to an email to get any response. Either that or they are not interested in selling atm. I had approached for Abbey Wall development in Colliers Wood

Best estate agent. After having the flat with a high street estate agency for 3 months with no viewings, I spoke to Elle, best thing ever, she put it on the market and the viewings started to come with her and then Katherine, both are very down to earth, approachable and knowledgeable, once offer was accepted Poppy took over and she was on top of things, keeping everyone moving and kept me informed of everything. Please trust them, you will not be disappointed.

Sold my shared ownership apartment within weeks of getting it on the open market. The real star of the party was Poppy, I'm not sure I could have got through this without her!! Word of advice, don't pay peanuts for a solicitor, take their recommendation on the solicitor to use!

I’m so pleased we choose Katherine and EO to sell our flat. She was approachable and professional, easy to speak with and made time to answer any questions we had along the way. I was even more relieved when we started to look at properties locally and discovered it’s not a given that agents seek feedback from viewings or even return your calls! When we accepted an offer Poppy was fantastic at keeping things moving along and again was very easy to contact and always happy to answer questions. I had pretty much a perfect experience when selling my first flat with EO - I could not have asked for more. Initially I had a few discussions with other bigger estate agents who gave me very unrealistic expectations. Immediately I could tell from my first conversation with EO that the service I would get would fit me better and be more personal, and they helped me to understand the market fully and gave me realistic expectations. The marketing provided by EO was outstanding, and it was great that they created a video to showcase the property which was then marketed over instagram etc (I know other agents only do this for very high value properties, so it was nice to have that for my relatively low value studio). I had seen other properties in my building (marketed by other agents) fail to sell for many months so I was worried mine would be the same, however I did not need to worry as EO got me 6 viewings within a couple of days and I was able to accept an offer above asking price within a week of launch. Throughout the sale process Poppy was amazing at keeping things moving and chasing up solicitors etc where needed - I really didn’t need to do much at all during the sale. Thanks Elle and everyone at EO for helping make my first sale such a positive experience!
