Vesper seem to be the most uncaring letting agents I have come across. Since moving into the property last april I have reported issues with our hot water on numerous occasions, to no avail. Fast forward to now and the boiler has completely packed in due to the incompetence of the Development company De-trafford of Sky Gardens, worsened by the lack of care by Vesper who have neglected the issue. We have now been left without hot water for nearly a week and no communication or solution offered, always the same story whenever we try to get in touch. I’d personally avoid this company if you’re looking to rent in Manchester.... Read more
