Due to the ten days quarantine, we weren't able to move around. I saw a listing and called Vesta Properties Agency. I explained our current constraints, and they were able to provide virtual viewing for the property; Thanks to Charlotte. In summary, we reserved the property virtually with support from Catherine. (super-efficient and very responsive staff) in 2 DAYS. After the quarantine, I walked into their office, did a transfer for both rent and deposit, and that's it; Got the keys. By the way, I am an international student. Very seamless and stressless process. Vesta Properties sent All documents via email, and all calls placed to the agency were received and attended. Concerning the property rented, I have not seen any that's cleaner, with attention to details. All facilities were either new or nicely renovated with the best of materials. The Landlord has been amazing as well. Thanks, Vesta, for making us feel at home. I highly recommend them.... Read more

Spent 18 months doing my own repairs. Vesta constantly ignored our requests for repairs. We were excellent tenants, never missed rent, kept property clean. After our rent was hiked up by £100, we left, with notice. They are now inventing problems with house, so delaying our bond. Such a shoddy company, totally avoid. Go to Loveitts, a proper company. Don't believe the good reviews, they probably write them themselves.... Read more

When you first visit the apartment, the staff will treat you with respect and it will seem like the apartment has no problems in it. As you move in, you begin to notice a series of problems that must be fixed by the agency. You’ll call them to solve the issues but they will treat you disrespectfully and will take absolutely ages to solve them. I've never rented in England before, I was very scared and didn't know what to do. Vesta helped me so much, they sat with me to sort out my bills, they checked in with me to make sure I was okay. One day my heating broken and they got it fixed in a few hours. They talked to my parents and really calmed us all down and made sure they knew I they would look after me. Rented a 1 bed flat, with them, I was given a property filled with dirt and cobwebs and at check out after having it cleaned thoroughly, they charged me for the cleaning costs! Had many maintenance issues when I moved in, never heard back from them. They have a repeated behavioral pattern of charging unfair costs to young adults/students at check out stage! BEWARE STUDENTS. AVOID AT ALL COST. We rented a student property with Vesta and prior to checking in, the house was in a dirty mess and unhygienic state (photos attached). Also, the following facilities were not provided; fridge, freezer, washing machine, and bedroom curtains. It took 3-4 weeks to get this problem solved. Lastly prior to checking out, Vesta decided to take £400 from our deposit. What pathetic agency has the audacity to charge us £400 after all the troubles they caused us when checking in. I had to wait a little while for my deposit, but they called and explained to me the procedure and what was taking a while (receiving an invoice). It was a bit annoying but It was out of there hands, and they were keeping me up to date every step of the way, so I really appreciated that. I have rented my properties with Vesta for years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have had bad experiences with other agents, but the staff at Vesta are so efficient. They're on top of everything that needs doing, communicate with me all the time, and are lovely to deal with. They're nice to you untill you sign the contract and move in the house. Have asked plenty of times to change the carpet or clean it, guess what? they still haven't done it and tried to blame/charge me for the damage - having shown proof of how I found the property was when they believed me (luckily I took pictures). We leased a property in central Coventry sight unseen for our son who was preparing to attend Coventry University. Arrangements were initially made over the phone based on Charlotte and Catherine's promise that the property was ideal given its condition and location and as such we paid our rental deposit to secure the property. When we arrived two months later we found the property to be exactly what was promised - it was well presented and very convenient to the University. From that point onwards Vesta Properties were easy to deal with and handled the minor issues that arose during our sons tenancy quickly and professionally. I looked at other reviews to see what other people thought of them and I can honestly say that some of them are not fair and have been written out of spite. I rented a property through Vesta then a couple of years later found another property with another agent, that was the biggest mistake I made asi only experienced poor service, I went back to Vesta and now I will not change from them. Money grabbers. I was a tennant for a year. When I moved in the house was a mess and in every room there was unfinished work which they said they’d take care off and never did. The garden was a jungle, there was a blockage in the waste pipe and the boiler kept breaking which they tried to charge me for until the workmen reported it couldn’t have been caused in the time we lived there.
