Vurv has been exceptional in helping us sell a family home in Darlington that had been unoccupied for two years. Being 200 miles away meant it was always going to be a challenge but Sally and Louis and the team could not have been more helpful. They saved us so much time and effort by arranging and monitoring trades people for any maintenance issues during the sales period, and sold the house quickly for us at a good price. I recommend them highly to anyone both selling a house in the Darlington area or needing rental property management.

This was such an easy house purchase experience, mainly down to the expertise, diligence and friendliness of the team at Vurv.
Our purchase took 6 months due to the sellers buying a new build which wasn't ready until just before Christmas (we knew this beforehand) and Vurv kept us informed with progress throughout this time.

I recently moved into a property managed by this agency, and I must say, my experience has been exceptional from start to finish. The property was immaculately clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated – it was clear that a lot of care had gone into preparing it.
The team’s communication was professional, accommodating, and thoughtful. Despite a minor scheduling misunderstanding regarding the key handover, they went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly. Adam, in particular, was incredibly polite and proactive, and Paul, who handled the handover, was very friendly and helpful on the last day of 2024 outside of working hours.
What impressed me most was how seamless the process felt – from answering my questions to adding me to a group chat for maintenance updates and tenant communication. They truly made me feel at home from day one.

louis was just setting out on his own when we agreed to market my property, having had a tenant leave I needed to sell the property both quickly and at a realistic price. Louis suggested the price point which I agreed and he proved to be correct as the property sold within 5 days and to a lovely couple who were able to move quickly as not in a chain, just what I required. I had numerous comments from friends and family regarding the quality of the images that were taken of the property and I strongly believe this influenced the quick sale and slightly above the asking price. All throughout the sale process I was kept informed from Louis & Sally and as I live 80 miles away from the property this was very comforting. I would thoroughly recommend using VURV if you're looking to sell/rent your property.

They understood our circumstances and constraints and worked with the Seller to ensure alignment. What was really refreshing was Vurv were ‘on it’ in terms of the wider chain which gave me confidence that they saw the big picture and worked with other estate agent, even purple bricks to understand blockers or risks. This lead to us completing just in time and minimal fuss. Budget aside!
