I found Halletts the most helpful and personable of estate agents.They were efficient , friendly , and helpful.They were also very much in tune with the property market, local and general , and gave wise and timely advice.Throughout the whole process they were there , and responded very quickly and accurately to all my queries.They were a fount of useful information and nothing was too much trouble.I dealt with Giles Egan through out the entire process , and it was very helpful to just have one key person to deal with.Continuity is really paramount in what can sometimes be a long ,trying and anxiety generating process.Halletts really lives up to the phrase “Small is Beautiful”, and I am very grateful to them.They operate a small , personable , efficient business where the customer really is looked after very well.

I have dealt with Hallets for nearly 30 years and in that time they have never been anything but excellent every time we have bought or sold. Giles Egan knows the Kew area like the back of his hand, he has given us some very good advice with regard to refurbishing and presenting our property. The house went on the market on Thursday, by Friday we had 6 viewings lined up for Saturday and at the 2nd viewing, got an offer at the asking price. 100% r4ecommend.

We are extremely happy with the service provided by Giles and his team. They have found us the most perfect home and we couldn't be happier. We viewed at least twenty properties with other agents and I can honestly say Halletts were by far the most responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

We were extremely happy to purchase our dream house through Halletts in Kew. Giles was a pleasure to deal with, very straightforward and not at all like a lot of agents we had come across before. The whole experience was very smooth and we cannot recommend him enough.

Tried to book a viewing for Saturday and they weren't prepared to come in 15 min early to show me the house I wanted to see. Said it was out of their cantracted time. So I couldn't view the house. Not quite the agency for me then if 15 min early is too much for them. I wanted to see Paxton Close. So looks like this landlord lost a viewing and I'm sure loads of others have too due to this.

- Sales - We purchased via this estate agent and what a pleasant experience. We had viewed via many of the other chain agents and were so disappointed by them all we assumed they were all the same. Pleasantly surprised to find this local business providing a much more friendly service.

Lovely team, nothing too much trouble. Any queries or issues sorted straight away. I have rented in London for many years, and can honestly say this was the best experience I have had with an estate agent. They are an independent agent, so the service was much more personal and they whole team were a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend.

This most recent letting they have been extremely efficient, with very fast response rates to queries - even in the recent snowy weather. I would highly recommend Giles, Sparkle, Lynn - the Hallett & Co team.
