Daniel has great energy, gives me great direction and is always there to help me when I need it. I thoroughly enjoy my time at work every Saturday.

Daniel was the first estate agent to visit our property who had a clever, well-communicated and ambitious strategy for selling our house. From different perspectives on how to price; to suggestions for how to hold an effective open house; and finally leveraging the Chestertons network, I was very impressed with his transparent, professional, specific approach to sales. That approach combined with fantastic people instincts meant that he connected the dots between us and a potential buyer leading to a quick sale and an enormously pleasant process.

I've enjoyed working with the Chesterton Kew team, who have demonstrate knowledge of the local area, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and warmth in all aspects of the selling and letting process.

Other Chestertons Group Reviews

A very rough purchase with Chestertons acting as the agent. Ended up with the seller in breach of contract on fixtures and fittings that the agent negotiated. Agent now silent and we're left to pursue things via solicitors. If the measure of an agent is their ability to make sales go smoothly then I need to rate Chestertons 2 out of 5.

Chestertons - Greenwich

Although I have never actually bought or sold a house via Matthew Genders at Chestertons in Chiswick, I wouldn’t hesitate to give him my business in the future.  Theoretically our involvement with Matthew should have been minimal, as he was acting on behalf of the seller of the property that we were buying and not on our behalf.  However, there were numerous delays and problems in the chain below us and Matthew worked extremely hard to keep the whole process on track, liaising with all the involved solicitors and estate agents, as well as our buyers, ourselves and his client. He worked hard to obtain up to date information on the progress and did an excellent job of keeping everyone informed. I think it is quite likely that without Matthew’s efforts the chain may have collapsed and we would have had to start the whole process again.  If I were looking to sell I would have no hesitation in recommending Matthew and Chestertons in Chiswick .
