We moved into our House 10 month ago and still waiting for things to get fixed from the list when we moved in! Everything takes forever to get done. So annoying! Next week means pretty much 2-3 month. I would avoid working with them if you can.

They'll take your money and then abandon you. Most estate agents are bad, however they are nothing compared to these guys. Their agents will tell you that the letting will be professionally cleaned however when I moved in there was still the former tenents poop - literally - in the flat. Now after 9 months of living in what they call luxury, I've had mushrooms growing in my bathroom through a hole in the floor that I was told would be fixed shortly after I moved in. Who knows what health issues this has left me with. But that no worry because they have offered me a whole 5 days rent to compensate my misery. If you hate yourself these guys are for you.
