I viewed a couple houses with this agency. From the start it was very odd. They firstly showed me a house which looked very nice. Then when we were viewing the house it had a basement with a lock on the OUTSIDE and painted shut. Also there was a part of the first floor (right in the middle and completely odd) which again had padlocks on which you couldn’t get into). When asking why this was like this? And would it be open so you could see what was in the home you were renting? And the agent had no answer and it was not on the floor plan or brochure at all!
They showed me another house which I made an offer on near to ask up front and they gave me really odd feedback and then never got back to me!
I’ve never had an interaction with any other agent.
And never have I seen a property with parts of the house locked off that would continue to be locked off if you rented it!

I have a great experience renting from them, David Reed was very professional, responsive and polite. I am still due to move by end of May, and expecting from their property manager to be the same level of service. They are highly recommended.

I have used Antony Roberts (Kew) for the letting and management of my house for the past couple of years, they have always been really honest, straight talking and pleasant to deal with, unlike other agents I have dealt with over the years.
I cant recommend Hanya and her team highly enough.
