Bunch of unprofessional racist guys specially a guy called Liam who doesn't have a clue of his job. Rented a flat in Sunbury at Priscilla House Flat 11. The place was supposed to be renovated but from day one the flooring was popping out.The cheapest boiler was installed which broke down every week and for the past two years was never repaired.Suddenly one day there was a leak in the bathroom and we and my sister cleaned it. Next day a plumber attended and was shocked to see WE ALIVE!!!!!!!as there has been a LIVE WIRE underneath the bathtub for the past Two years. Upon questioning the agency they and the owner gave a notice to leave the place without any explanation. Now the agency is holding our deposit back of £1445.00 and bulling us into paying for new renovation. It's been now more then 3 weeks they holding our deposit which is illegal as per the UK LAW Pleas think twice before doing business with such frauds.... Read more

I rented a house from Priory with three other staff from Kew gardens. They charged us over £900 for gardening from our deposit, to put the postage stamp garden in North Sheen right. I've always had a real problem with this because we didn't earn a lot from being gardeners; certainly not as much as the gardener they got in to cut the grass.... Read more

Absolutely bunch of unprofessional people.
They had a booking with me to show an apartment. 10 mins before my appointment I gave them a call to say I would be 5 minutes late. They told me that all appointments were cancelled as the person I had the viewing with. Which was unprofessional as I got no call and I told them I was coming from a 30 mins drive. I don’t love close by. They say someone will be there in 15 mins. 20 mins after my scheduled time I call them and they tell me the person will be there in another 10-15 mins. I told them I have another appointment so not to bother coming now. The person goes and I quote “I arranged someone to come so it’s either now to view the apartment or forget it.”
I decided to leave. I don’t want to work with such people. Imagine I rented an apartment with these people. Call them to get something fixed and no one would show. Pathetic.

Very disappointed over quality of service. One member of the team does not appear to know what the other is doing, resulting, not only in them not turning up for their own appointment, but being unable to commit to any time of arrival. After over an hour of waiting and not even receiving call back with updates on ETA, we had to leave without seeing a property we were interested in.
When we made the last call to advise that we were departing, they offered to pay for a cup of coffee. It's a house we were looking for, not a wasted 3 hours (including travel)... Read more

I am very surprised there are not many reviews about Priory. I rented a house in Kew through their company for about 3 years, and I couldn't recommend them more. From needing someone to fix appliances to locking myself out of my apartment on a Sunday (....), they've always been there to make sure I was okay and had everything I needed. Granted, some of their employees need a little bit of a reminder and a push to actually get things going, but they always do in the end. Most importantly, they are kind, understanding people and they take the time to chat and figure out possible solutions with you. They approach things with a logical but sensitive touch, which is lovely. They also take the time to research things for you and even recommend solutions and choices based on what they personally do and have experienced in all their years in the industry. When it comes to money and legal matters, I've never found a company more transparent with contracts, invoices and receipts. We went through 3 or 4 drafts of the contract initially before settling to the final one, because they really do listen to what you have to say and your concerns. Not to mention my landlord was wonderful throughout.
