I found Abigail at Knight Frank to be both helpful and professional in arranging a tenant for one of my properties. She managed the process extremely well and dealt with the many issues that came up.
I am very happy with Knight Frank, particularly with Amy Elliott's service, she was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process, I've found a nice place with her assistance, and would like to recommend her to other customers.
It's rare to come across a great estate agent but have to say LDG have been faultless when selling our Fitzrovia flat.
From the outset Laurence and Ben were extremely personable and professional.
They marketed it well at a fair price, they found us an excellent buyer through their network of contacts and the whole process went smoothly and was stress free.
I would say one of their strongest points is their communication skills. They were always happy to chat through any issues and proactively updated us on every stage of the process.
Their reputation as the best estate agent in the area is well deserved!
Pls don’t expect any “service” for those service apartment ... I had an infestation of pest, their answer on Saturday morning was I’ll see you Tuesday morning after bank holiday ...
I warm them of a faulty staircase they waited for my friend to fall with staircase, risking his life to actually repair the staircase...
if you are not the like of a life adventure please AVOID ...
As a landlord I am more than happy to recommend Chestertons as a letting agent. I have been working with Claire Oki and communication was always prompt and professional and I felt informed and updated throughout the process of securing a tenant.
The "service" received from Chestertons Hyde Park office is literally so bad it cannot conceivably be called a service.
An agreement was signed by both parties on a prospective sale agreeing to commission of 1.25%. The property was sold and Chestertons sent an invoice charging commission at 1.5%. When I refused to pay the difference, the South African sales manager Dylan James turned up at my house and literally tried to kick my front door in. My teenage daughter was inside and terrified. Mr James proceed to loiter at my front door for the best part of an hour - smoking cigarettes, shouting and threatening violence. Upon eventually returning to his office he called me and threated to employ heavy-handed debt collectors if I didn't cough up. I refused to pay a penny more than the rate agreed. Mr James eventually and ungracefully accepted.
This firm is arrogant, dishonest, and inefficient.
Bler and his team did an excellent job helping me find home in London. Efficient, transparent and reliable - I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Greedy and untrustworthy. After our deal to pay in advance 5000£ for a studio in Cricklewwod, 3 months rent plus agency fees e.c.t, the next day they said that because of my unsatisfactory references i should pay 6 months up front rent, 7500£. After i rejected their offer, finally they made me the favour to procced with our first agreement. So if i had accepted to pay 7500£ probably they would asked me for 10000£. They were really hilarious! Instantly i cancelled the deal and i asked for a refund which was clearly stated that in case of unsatisfactory references it would be refundable.Of course they didn't. Be carefull guys, London is full of vultures.London Habitat is a great example.
Charlie at the Notting Hill branch of Chestertons is a true professional. He is extremely knowledgeable about the local property market and has been very helpful and enthusiastic in assisting me in my property search. Many thanks.
The team at Chesterton are friendly and professional and managed my sale very efficiently. Most importantly, they don't apply the "hard sell" on you and keep pestering you all the time like some other agents.
