Despite not buying with KFH ultimately, Shaun Gray was fantastic agent. He had the perfect balance of contacting us with relevant options and respecting our space. He was also acutely aware of when to listen to customer opinions and when to give advice which would be beneficial.

Throughout this whole experience, Shaun has been the most professional agent we have encountered - demonstrating a finesse and patient demeanour at a young age which frankly most estate agents totally lack (and which usually take several years to build).

If you are a landlord looking to use KFH to rent your property, be very careful with regard to KFH charges. They are very expensive and with a lot of additional charges which all add up and before you know it, renting the property is not worth it. My advice shop around and be forensic with all the fees in the contract and compare with others before committing and signing up. If you do go with KFH, double check all quotes for doing repairs // updates to the property... I found the price for these to be very inflated.

Me and my friends rented a place near London Bridge for 3 years. KFH has been very professional since the beginning. Everything was smooth and there were no issues at all.
