KFH pride themselves on their service, as seen on their website. "We put service at the heart of everything we do, as substantiated by our five star Google rating*." However this is only relevant to Landlords or Sellers. During our one year lease with them, including during COVID, they were rude, unhelpful, and only ever acted with the landlord in mind, not the tenant. From signing the lease, to ending it you will be tied up in legalities which only protect the landlord and not the tenant, and upon check out they will look for anything to try and reduce your deposit. Disappointing.

I used KFH to look at several flats to let in the Beckenham, Bromley and Penge area. Although I ended up going with a property with a different estate agent, Samuel at KFH was excellent at listening to my search criteria and finding me the right properties to view, and has a very welcoming and friendly manner in person.

One of the worst phone calls I've ever sat through. I was literally 'okay goodbye'd' while I was still speaking. I hate these cocky sterotypical sales men who think they know best. Listen to what im saying and treat me like a person!

Zero selling skills. Zero negotiating skills. They overvalue your property to get your business and then suggest endless price reductions to make a sale. The first price reduction came within 3 weeks of going to market. Even after this they were still unable to sell the property. They bring through busloads of mismatched buyers who are looking for a totally different kind of property thereby wasting your time. From a database of 161 buyers they managed to generate 1 viewing. They then use phrases such as 'it's the difference between reality and expectation' to excuse their lack of ability. The only reality is their valuation, which they are blindly unable to achieve. Avoid.
