    shocking!! how these can class themselves as an estate agent is beyond me. after countless calls i'm still no further progressed in my problem than i first started. It's come to the point where i'm now considering legal action and to approach the owner of the building direct. I will never use Walker Jarvis again and if i could give them 0 stars, i would.

    We are having so many problems in communicating with this agency. Recently we have contacted them on so many occasions about our boiler not working. 3 weeks ago they sent a plumber who told them it was broken and needs fixing, they done nothing sent another plumber who has reported the same that the boiler is broken and needs replacing. We are now with out heating and hot water with no response from the company. They do not answer the phone they do not return calls they are breaking all their contracts as a landlord. I will be reporting them to environmental health

    no stars but cant post without a star terrible, we have made numerous calls regarding a property that is being let by this agency regarding damage to our property and it would appear that communication is something that this business wont enter into

    After leaving three messages on three separate days, no one returned my call. Appreciate agents are busy businesses but it's unprofessional not to return calls.
