TO AVOID. They do not care about people and about their personal details. Disgusting service where they had us waste all day collecting all the personal documentation to send them such as bank statements, passport, proof of address, etc... for a property that already had an offer accepted. This branch should be closed and all people there fired for approving this. Who want to treat with businesses that do not respect people and their personal details?

Recently rented a long term
Let and Balgores are fantastic and MARK in the Hornchurch branch was exceptional.
He replied to my emails after his usual hours and went to the trouble of letting me know I had been accepted on the house after closing hours via email, as he realised it was important for me to know prior to the long weekend. I didn’t ask him to. He did it because he cares about his clients and is obviously a workaholic !!!

I have rented here and abroad previously and will return to Balgores because of Marks work ethics which are amazing. I hope he is appreciated and noticed by Balgores.
