We have just completed on our house sale with Walker Smale acting as our agents. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and we were impressed by how soon the property was marketed after the valuation. We opted for the 360 virtual viewing and would highly recommend this as it gave potential buyers a real feel of the property.
As regards the valuation we invited a few local agents who in our opinion undervalued the property; we achieved the higher valuation price suggested by Simon and Michael.
Karen was prompt in seeking feedback from viewings and arranging viewings.
A big thank you to Simon, Michael and team for making the whole process totally stress free, a truly professional firm who look after the needs of the client.
