Monroe were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish as part of handling our new house purchase and managing the concurrent sale of our existing property.
Jordan's knowledge of the market and whole approach was great, with a fantastic sales video and listing put together by Leanna and team.
Bradie managed the purchase/sale process exceptionally and went above and beyond any prior experience of estate agents, with almost daily updates/communication on every step of the process between all parties and solicitors.
The purchase/sales process even completed quicker than anticipated which can definitely be attributed to Bradie ensuring that things were always progressing, or quickly stepping in to resolve any potential bumps in the road.
Even after we were in the new house Bradie was still messaging to wish us well in our new home which was lovely and something we've never had from another estate agent.

We’re first time buyers, we saw a house we fell in love with through Monroe’s website, and from the word go, they were professional, personal and so attentive. We put an offer in, and Leanna rang us to tell us it had been accepted and from there, the experience has been easy due to Monroe. My partner couldn’t view the house at the time, due to work commitments but due to the brilliant video Monroe did, it meant he wasn’t missing out.
The process took a while due to being in a chain above, but every week Leanna would email us to tell us where we’re at. We couldn’t imagine buying through another estate agents, and we always say, our experience buying our first house, would be so different elsewhere. We felt this when we put offers in on other houses prior having the offer accepted on our now, home.

Rowan who conducted viewings was lovely to deal with, and kept us up to date with feedback and support, it was really appreciated, as did Leanna, often out of office hours.
When things got stressful, they both dealt effectively with difficulties, liasing with all the parties involved and we could call or message anytime and get help.
So glad that we used Monroe's, have already recommended them to others.

Quick version - couldn't recommend highly enough!! Thorough, extremely good communication, attentive & so genuine.
The detailed version - after 2 unnecessarily complex prior purchases and 1 frustratingly slow sale, we NEEDED an estate agent who would handle both our sale and purchase in-house and with the upmost integrity. Not only did Jordan take the time to listen to what we were looking for, he also understood it was important for us to sell to the right people, not just accept the highest bid.
The organisation behind the viewing days was flawless. The team were accommodating to all our family needs.
Given our purchase was a probate situation, Leanna was amazing with chasing decisions/answers, so much so, the entire process was complete within 5 months! (most people told us we would be looking at 9months+ for probate sales)
After all the guidance and advise (be it weekday working hours or 9pm on a Sunday evening) we are so grateful to Monroe for removing/dealing with all the stressful parts, so we could enjoy the ride.
Conclusion - use them, they care.

We opted for Monroe mid November 2021. Their professional and friendly approach coupled with their understanding of the market and modern approach to marketing made our choice an easy one. Within a week the marketing material was ready including a very professional video presentation of the property. The property was launched on the market on 19/11, open days completed by the 27/11 and final offers received by 1/12. We completed today .

Buying or selling a house can be stressful and it certainly was in my case but Jordan and Leanna at Monroe went beyond all my hopes and expectations of what an estate agent should and could do. Not only did they make sure the house was sold at a good price and as quickly as possible, but they also supported me, both practically and personally with all difficult obstacles as they arose.
The sale was complicated for me, as it was my deceased parents’ house and I didn’t live locally, so with no knowledge of local estate agents I chose them on instinct; encouraged by their open, genuine, responsiveness, bolstered by their clear, effective communication and knowledge. I certainly could never have imagined how brilliant they would be.
Jordan’s proactive and professional approach in marketing the house and arranging viewings, ensured that this was done very quickly and effectively, just weeks after I’d engaged them to sell the house. The completion of the sale was delayed considerably waiting for Grant of Probate, but Leanna initiated and maintained regular contact, both with myself and the solicitors throughout this period which was extremely helpful and reassuring. Monroe’s helped to organise skip hire for me and without being asked, Jordan and Leanna took the time to frequently check on the vacant property to reassure me that everything was ok. Such things may seem incidental, but actually they are key to the complete service and care provided throughout the sale. Genuinely I can’t praise Jordan and Leanna enough - they set the standard for estate agents of the future - no need for staid, indifferent and impersonal service - I can’t imagine a better Estate Agency in Leeds and would recommend Monroe’s to anyone who wants to secure a good sale, facilitated and supported by an enthusiastic, proactive, effective and possibly, most importantly, a caring team.
