Alice is amazing, so down to earth and efficient and she instills a great feeling of trust. Extremely unprofessional!!! They rejected any verified ID copy from overseas solicitor and even UK solicitor and kept requesting buyers to have ID verified by the bank for performing due diligence check, while the bank reiterated that they DO NOT offer such service. When the buyer responded that he could have a UK solicitor to clarify the requirement under AML regulation. W & H just ignored it and the transaction fell through ultimately.... Read more
