Does not reply to emails or answer the phone. When phone was eventually answered short response of its gone and hung up on me . Disgusting customer service labdlords stay clear and tenants stay clear.

Very poor response. His property on the market is very outdated and most of it is sold anyway. When asking questions I got a very short response and told most of his properties were always sold yet still advertised on open market. Disappointing and misleading

Nick is a really nice bloke who goes above and beyond to help. We had some problems with the house we were renting and he couldn't be more responsive and helpful.

Nick is a waste of time run round to tick all the boxes he asked for put in an offer above asking price told me it would end up getting a call for best and final offer and the call never come after call them they told me it was sold very unfear and not reasonable.
