We went to view a property with Amy from Wards Sevenoaks. We have come to expect estate agents to arrive between 5 - 30 minutes later than the time agreed, however Amy was incredibly punctual and was waiting for us. She was warm and friendly, and when we asked questions she couldn't answer, she was honest about not knowing. She showed positivity and listened to everything that we were discussing with patience. Never once did she act like she wanted to leave or was in a rush (we had a 5 o'clock viewing). Our experience with Amy has made us feel extremely positive about Wards, and we have agreed that we will use Wards as our first choice next time we move/start looking to buy a house. I also spoke to someone on the phone (cant remember his name) who was incredibly thoughtful, knew our situation and listened, and helped organize the viewing and got the ball rolling much faster than previously experienced. We sold our property and moved out on the 12 November 21 and would like to give a big thank you to the two members of staff that need to be recognized as the two main professionals of this branch. James who we had dealings with from the beginning to the final day . Does everything he says and communicates well. Secondly we were totally blown away with Anna Broad who helped us find a property we were after and again kept in touch right the way through our experience in selling a property . In my view this woman needs more recognition than she is given. She is not only highly motivated but extremely professional in her outlook and handling clients. I highly recommend Wards of Tonbridge, and can't thank Kai and his team enough, for selling our property in what has to be the most difficult market conditions - during lockdown. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I would particularly like to thank Kai, Honi, Mel and James. They were all professional, courteous and extremely helpful. They manage to keep everyone focused during what can be a very stressful time. They really did go the extra mile. I would also like to thank Ingrid who liaises between buyers, sellers and solicitors during the actual sales process, to shift things along.
