I instructed WeSoldIt to sell my house at a difficult time when interest rates were soaring. We were really worried that we wouldn’t be able to sell the house. Adam and the team were so professional and knowledgeable about the local area. Gary took beautiful pictures of the house and their marketing is modern and imaginative and has a wider reach than most local estate agents. We found a property on rightmove late at night and whatsapp Adam who's contact details are on their web site. He immediately responded and arranged 3 viewings for the very next day. During our visit to various properties Adam was ever so helpful and demonstrated ample amount of knowledge and professionalism. He was very patient and gave us honest advices.
Once the sale was agreed it took a very long time for completion. While we were working hard to get the mortgage agreed it took nearly 5 months and during that time the team at 'we sold it' was very helpful and every time we called Adam he was ready to help.
We sold it team made the whole process very easy and smooth.
We are ever so grateful to we sold it.

Just completed on our property with WeSoldIt, absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. We tried to sell with another estate agent previously, but the market conditions meant we didn’t, we tried WeSoldIt, as have had previous dealings with Adam and so glad we did. They say they do things slightly differently, which they do but better! The personal touches with the What’s App group and the constant updates are what makes them stand out from the crowd. Selling a property and agreeing a price is the easy part, it’s managing the chain and seeing everything through to completion is the hard part. Adam and the team did that brilliantly. Would thoroughly recommend.

The team at WeSoldIt were a pleasure to work with. From the very beginning of the selling process things are made easy with instant WhatsApp messaging direct with their team. Photography was provided in their rate and was of very high quality, presenting my property in an excellent light. Their pricing guidelines seemed to be spot on and my property didn’t stay on the market for long, in fact it sold after the first viewing they arranged. Once I had accepted an offer, the WeSoldIt team did a lot of the legwork for me. Constantly chasing the respective solicitors in the chain and keeping me updated with the latest developments. All in all, I’d highly recommend them. I couldn’t have asked for much more from an estate agent and it seems like the team at WeSoldIt truly care about selling your property and keeping you happy as a customer.
