Sophie(Mortimers sale agent) was so much of great help. She patiently showed us our first property for rent which had a great location and perfect room numbers but had a great minus as to the number of toilets facilities it had. Had a chat with Sophie who made suggestions of another property though distance will not be our plus but encouraged us to have a look at it because she was of the view it will be what we will looking for. And truly upon visiting the property we loved it, though the distance but we told ourselves we can't have it all!! She basically was there for us throughout the whole processes which we were so grateful for. She really is an exceptionally excellent sales lady who goes all out for her clientals as well as the company she works for. Always ready to be of service and there to answer all your queries. Great Estate Agent to work with. Give them a go!!!

From start to finish everyone who helped us at Mortimor’s have been great. Kerry in particular was amazing, kept us updated throughout our sale and purchase. We went with Mortimor’s as we felt they gave us a more personalised service then a huge chain estate agents, and we are so glad we did

I moved to Aylesbury 5 and a half years ago and found an amazing house through Mortimers to rent. From viewing, to getting accepted was a breeze. As a single person moving to a new town, this really helped with the challenges of moving. Check in took no time at all either. Since then, other than the usual 6 monthly inspections and occasional boiler/gas service, I've been left peacefully to get on and live my life without interuption. Any issues (only 1!) Mortimers and the landlord were straight on it and I can not fault how quick they were to resolve the issue and work around my working life so that I had minimal disruption and everything was resolved as quickly as possible.
They have been friendly yet so professional, but a pleasure to deal with. It's always great to chat to the team on the phone too!
When it came to move out, they were there to support me to ensure I got my full deposit back and the entire process was again so easy as well as being kept in the loop every step of the way!
This took a huge amount of pressure off when the stress of moving is on!
I can honestly recommend the Mortimers team as a professional, yet fun and friendly team to deal with who will always be there to look after you when you rent through them.
Thank you to Kiera, Nicole, Sophie and the rest of the team and I wish you all the very best and a Merry Christmas when it gets here!!

What can we say about Mortimers...we have had the most brilliant, professional, superb service from them, the whole team are fabulous and in particular Kerry was amazing and faultless. Without this exceptional lady on board, our sale would of been far far more stressful than it was, she was on the case all the time, smoothing over issue and ensuring we had the best experience possible with the process. Can't thank Kerry and her team enough.

Hi I'm Nikesha and I am Using this platform to tell you of my experience using Mortimers in finding a home. I must first say that all the members of staff that I came in contact with offered excellent customer service. In terms of the service offered they were quick and very efficient especially with the dissemination of information required for the process of finding a place for rent. I highly recommend this agency if you are ever in search of a desired home.

Excellent communications, easy to approach and they are very quick to address any issues raised. highly recommend.
Editing my review after moving out:
Smooth checkout process, i would however recommend some diversity training for the team. Even though well meaning, communications sometimes did come across as insensitive. Letting agencies have a responsibility towards both the landlords and the tenants and we do feel however they favor the landlords a bit more rather than having a balanced approach.

We cannot recommend Mortimers Estate Agents enough. We had a long, difficult and stressful house sale caused by other parties and Kerry at Mortimers was brilliant. She went above and beyond what we expected, updating us practically every day for months. She always fought our corner and gave us great advice. It was a real comfort to us to have such a professional organisation to rely upon and we cannot thank them enough.
