I happily excluded the Inventory checks, but agents convinced me (landlord) to take an inventory check with additional charges, so I decided to take it. After the full report there was no mention of water meter reading taken. Surprisingly they didn't know where it was, and eventually found it, with my help, but now could not read the meter. Maybe too lazy to bend over and clean the meter, to be able to check.
Failed to report to the Thames Water company after my request, as I was outside of the country. After my approach to the water company no complaint was logged on. Not surprised. No different than other Estate Agents.
Send a 16 years old boy to check the water meter and guess what he did the Job.
I wouldn’t call unprofessionals, but clearly no interest in providing an extra mile of service, to keep a smile on landlords, or tenants.
And thank God for not giving them a Full Management.

We went looking for an estate agent to market our home, we chose Woodholls in Aylesbury because of a recommendation and the way Grant represented himself and his company. Grant works on reputation, and it is working. From the initial assessment to working with us to highlight points of sale to setting up viewing he was always on the ball. When things started to become complicated (which house sales seem to do!) he did an excellent job at calming the waters and working flat out to resolve issues, always there to answer questions and make suggestions, and to actually listen. Grant, Woodholls, Aylesbury is an estate agent that bucks the trend I'm happy to recommend them with no reservations.

My buying experience with Ross and Grant was very pleasurable. They contacted the vendor upon request to help speed up the selling process, which enabled me to complete before the stamp duty holiday ended (thank you!!!) . They were highly professional, very easy to talk to and always helpful.
