Not happy with the commercial letting side, poor communication. It's like you are serving them, I been trying to get in contact for some time about a commercial property and could not reach anyone, I would not be using them for advertising, why ? , because they can't be reached I would try calling the property owner but I can't get to him/her because I first need to call the lettings company, very frustrating....
