DO NOT use Wilkinson’s. Terrible bullying estate agents. They refused to let a tenant see her contract using intimidation and bullying. TRACY should be avoided at all costs for her aggressive and bullying language used towards a tenant. It is a LEGAL REQUIREMENT to show the tenant the contract but they have refused. They are evicting a tenant because they complained about damp, which is a health hazard, in the property for 15 months and nothing was done. The tenant also has children in the property. Instead they decided to turn a 12 month contract into a 6 month contract to avoid fixing the problem... AVOID AVOID AVOID if you don’t want this happening to you. Renters have rights and housing is not a commodity and shouldn’t be treated as such. An absolute joke, will be advising anyone who might go near them to STEER CLEAR because they have absolutely no respect for their tenants.... Read more

I found Wilkinsons to be completely reasonable agents and I have no complaints. They are a smaller company so expect to leave a message and have someone get back to you. That said, they do get back to you and addressed any questions or issues with the property swiftly. Tina and Sheree, the letting's team, are both very friendly and professional and the check-out seemed entirely fair. I'd recommend them to someone I liked :)... Read more

When it comes to receiving your deposit back, this company will use every trick in the book to keep as much of it as they can. When attempting to communicate with them about this issue they will become unresponsive, unreasonable and to my understanding, intentionally idiotic. For their offensively extortionate charges they will give irrelevant, if not nonsensical (but most likely nonexistent) explanations that leave a truly helpless and bitter feeling on leaving what was a truly utopian odyssey in Brighton.... I have used Wilkinsons for over 10 years, buying and selling houses and renting out Buy to Let properties. They are a brilliant team, endlessly helpful and reasonable and provide a first class service at a very reasonable price. They are a family lead business and take pride in their work and really look after all their customers- owners and tenants alike. I know the words FANTASTIC and Estate Agents often don't sit well together but believe me this does apply to them. I can not recommend Wilkinson's estate agents enough. Family run business which you can definitely feel. So genuine & helpful compared to a lot of stereotypical estate agents that are out there. They kept us so up to date and really chased for information when the chain encountered problems. We will definitely be using them when it comes time for us to sell in the future.... Read more

Morning All, I was with these estate agents for several years, and they always answer your calls and tend to anything necessary that needs handling in the rented property. My point of contact I had was Sheree and she was always so happy, bubbly and understanding, along with most the other representatives I spoke with. If you want a loyal, caring and friendly estate agents I wouldn't let this lot slip through your hands. Very sad to leave them! Thank you so much for all your hard work. We used Wilkinsons to handle the sale of our flat and couldn’t have wished for a better service. They were incredibly helpful, reliable, and fast to respond to queries. It made the sale process pretty much stress free as I completely trusted these guys (more than could be said for the estate agent we bought through). They went out of their way to help us through the whole chain process, keeping us informed and as calm as possible. I would definitely recommend Wilkinsons to anyone wanting to buy or sell. They're like a good looking book: good cover, but dreadful ending. They try to take a silly amount of your deposit, despite us returning the property to a better or equal state than when we moved in. I wrote 2,700 words in reply to the frankly deceiving checkout report made my Proactive, and they did not even read it for a week or more. They tried to pocket some money the Landlord allowed us off the deductions, and took 13 days to return our money to us. We are students, but we are decent humans too. It's a shame they couldn't be close to that either. Joe's review below is clearly paid. These people are not that good at what they do.... Read more
