Extremely Disappointing Customer service. All department options available on the phone number actually transfer to voicemails of the responsible heads of said departments. They don't return phone calls - Been trying for a week now. Smaller companies have managed to arrange for virtual assistants who clearly are more effective at ensuring call-backs are actioned.

Be VERY careful with this company. They initially come across as very helpful and attentive, when in fact they are rude and unprofessional at times. They make mistakes that they try to cover up and give misleading information. They do not hold basic pieces of information about the properties they have on their books. It took me a year to get a rental figure from them.
