Kirsty has been nothing short of a superstar! She is so completely dedicated to her clients and is totally respectful, honest, upfront, caring and extremely knowledgeable about the industry. She has helped my family more than I could possibly describe here.
Everyone I've spoken with at Yellands (Jay & Sarah) have been utterly courteous and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them, seriously. All paperwork was easy to complete and immediate help was given to us at each stage. I could literally not ask for better service from Rolls Royce. Everyone should be commended for their dedication.

Have been using Yellands estate agents and their lettings management service for many years now.
I have absolute trust in Jay who always goes above and beyond to ensure my investments are well looked after.
Always professional, courteous and also invaluably knowledgeable which is great when you have a 101 questions(not so great for Jay).
Had some difficulties with a tenant during the lockdown period. Jay ensured all was handled fairly and amicably which was a great weight off my mind.

my elderly 82 yr old friend has been waiting over 2 yrs to have the rotting floorboards replaced, I had to contact the housing inspector about 3 yrs ago because her home was unfit to live in and a danger zone she had a lean to that was rotton & the roof could of collapsed on my friend at anytime. her house had just been left to rot with her inside. they don't care, but when I sent my pic's into the council I got action and a visit there is still a list of jobs to be carried out that haven't been done, & I fell last Friday the floor gave way under her carpet & I hurt my knee & toe I'll be taking legal action for the injury once iv called my gp again Monday with update on the injury now, because he may want me to have an x-ray, iv sent about 2/ 3 txts to James Alexandra the owner of this agency according to housing inspector & not had any reply not even a call to ask how I am I would of been happy to sort this out without courts, but now I can't wait to get the ball rolling, I do find it hard to believe that James did not call me, specially as iv dealt with him many times reg my friends house issues, just need to speak to gp again I need all the correct medical report evedance before I make my claim

AVOID THEM! Once you close the deal they become unresponsive will lie to you 95% of the time just to get rid of you. If you take them and any issue come up on the new house i can guarantee you're welcoming a nightmare in your daily routine.... Read more

The most slippery staff you'll ever have the misfortune of having to deal with. Avoid at all cost. They only reply to emails with messages saying they aren't in the office. They say things are being dealt with when they aren't. They answer the phone to say the person with whom you are dealing isn't in. Goes on for months. Don't waste your time, money or energy....
