Absolute scum of the earth. They rented out a property to us promising repairs would be done prior to the move - none was done. They said the property would be professionally cleaned - it wasn't. They said they'd repair any issues within reason - they left us 2 weeks without hot water. Now they say we weren't their customers! Interesting as the 30+ emails between me, Ashleigh (the rudest person I've ever met) and Darren discussing the issues must be a complete fabrication! Edit : update to their response : Landlord was notified of reason for lock change. I did not actually go on holiday, my mother died - thanks guys!
