Born and raised in South Woodford, Director Richard began his property career in East London, building his knowledge from negotiator to managerial level.
In 2012 having worked his way up through the ranks running branches in East London and West Essex and with over a decade of property industry experience behind him, Richard established R L Morris.
With no shortage of agents our aim is to stand out from the crowd and create our own identity and brand. We aim to be here for the long haul!

Illegal conduct, in contravention of Housing Act 2004. Failing to issue Prescribed Information, failing to protect deposit tenant paid in and failing to return deposit to tenant. Unscrupulous, deceitful estate agents who use underhanded tactics to hold onto tenant's deposit, motivated by greed. They ignore emails, phone calls, just silence. I note they are regulated by the Property Ombudsman who they cannot ignore. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE USE ANOTHER ESTATE AGENT!

Richard Morris recently sold my 1 bed flat in the Queen Mary Gate Development South Woodford (which I also bought through him 9 years ago). It completed 3 weeks ago and a professional service from start to finish as last time. I would highly recommend this agency and his honest advice and service.

We viewed a house with Richard some time ago (2021!) and I had always intended to leave this review.
Richard was courteous, professional and took great pride in showing his clients home and getting to know us as buyers. This was a pretty unique experience given the height of the market, where every property had buyers lined up even before it was listed. We didn't buy that house but that experience as a buyer was a standout.
