What a team, we've used many agents before (in fact nearly every agent) and none come close to how on the ball James Zoe and Justin are, They know your house, bother to get to know you as a person, keep you up to date at every move and most importantly sell your house :0)

First Class Service
We were highly impressed by the personal service given to us by James Platt in the sale of our property. He was extremely conscientious and negotiated with several prospective buyers to secure the best possible selling price for our unique property. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and he kept us closely informed of all developments throughout. We were selling our property in Scotland,and wanting to move back to the Yorkshire area but was having no luck,so we had the brain wave of trying an estate agent from near where we wanted to move knowing the power of the web.What a great idea it was ,our property sold ,and with the difficult task of now completing etc knowing Scottish law is different to English law,but we needed not to worry Zoe & James dealt with all the issue,s and we didn,t have one problem they were fantastic,so a massive thank you to Yorkshire,s Finest Leeds,5***** you,re the BEST Steve & Sasche

We found James,Zoe and the team very enthusiastic nothing was too much trouble for them-While we were on an extended holiday -James met our eventual buyers showed them around our house ,James and Zoe met them a few days later agreed a sale price all we had to do was clear our house out when we got home -We could not fault the service from start to finish

We always felt that we were being treated as people not customers, and that James loved the house we were buying as much as we did. I've always considered that using an estate agent to sell my house was a necessary evil, rather than something I would find useful. However, my experience with James, Zoe and the team at YF Meanwood simply could not have been any better.
YF excelled at understanding and delivering everything I wanted from the sale of my home. They were considered and positive in pricing it, and they negotiated on my behalf through several offers and ultimately, through the sale. They were highly communicative, prompt, professional and clearly understood the local market in an exceptional level of detail.
If I sell a house in the future, I will actively seek to use the same team again, such is my absolute confidence in their ability.

I have just dealt with Yorkshire’s Finest on our house sale. After trying another estate agent first, James and Zoe at Yorkshire’s Finest gave me more confidence! What comes across is they both seem extremely happy in their work which helps make what might be a difficult time in your life, much more bearable. They are confident and professional and if I have to sell property again, this is the company I’ll use. So I’d like thank everyone there for their enthusiasm and hard work.

My Wife and I bought our first house via Yorkshire's Finest estate agents, and we found them fantastic. Zoe and James kept in regular contact with us throughout the process. They were also very helpful when the paperwork didn't go through as fast as we were hoping, and they helped mediate between us and the seller's, and the solicitors.
