They never respond, I have written several times on spareroom, once on the web contact form, and once through rightmove, they have never responded.
Frustrating experience, you feel they have no interest in renting.

Another letting agent that won't give you the time of day if your on DSS without a guarantor - even if you are more than able to meet the rates ECT with a glowing reference, won't even ask the landlord if they'd consider me.

I had an appointment for a viewing at a property, I messaged twice before the appointment to confirm this was still on but no reply. I went to the appointment as arranged only for no one to be there but received a text message 3mins before the scheduled time to inform me that the properly has already been agreed to let by someone else.

Poor management
Lived in a Property nearly 2 years and full of damp and a water logged garden all the time
Unable to use back garden throughout all tennancy environmental health involved and still not bothered about anything until I tell them again 2 weeks or I'm going back to the environmental health team and all of a sudden I'm issued a section 21 notice to leave right after Christmas
Avoid this estate agents at all costs
Update
No aggression was made that week I simply asked for the water logged garden to get sorted and the damp or I'll.take.it further and you didn't like it and served a section 21 no neighbour complaints was raised towards me all in due course the property will be around the local newspaper with pictures of the current state of the garden
I wish you luck in the re rental of the property

6 months did not work shower, no one was able to arrange a repair. Internet problems. Unprofessional and arrogant behavior of agents. Expensive rent for a small and inoperative room. All my friends have the same problems... Never more...
