As a long established and knowledgeable firm in the area, I had complete confidence in the valuation and marketing strategy suggested, resulting in a successful transaction. Everyone in the office is efficient, professional and very personable. Having the team work so hard for us definitely made what can generally be a stressful process, much smoother and easier. Jack and the team provided an exceptionally good service throughout the entire selling process. Everything from the very 1st meeting, to the valuation, the potential buyer viewings, the sales negotiations and the after sales progress updates were carried out to a fantastically high standard. I sold a property through Graham Butts, Littlehampton.
Simon Bain provided sound advice from the start and this was supplemented by Kris after the initial 12-week window. His logical and well thought out advice resulted in a sale. Kris requires a special mention for his advice, empathy, sensitivity and tenacity in getting the property sale to the finish line.
A great service all round and I would strongly recommend Graham Butts to anyone.
