My experience of Graham Butt Estate Agents, Littlehampton branch, was first class. Isobel Howard deserves a special mention for her personal attention from the time of viewing all the way through to completion. She answered any questions I had, diligently seeking out the answers to any she didn’t know. I was a nervous (first time on my own) buyer and she provided explanations and assurances along the way to get me over the line. She also had a good relationship with the solicitors and seller, so was able to chase up where necessary. If she wasn’t available, like when a wanted an extra viewing, other members of the team stepped in and were equally kind and supportive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team, but particularly Isobel, who was very client-focused, including being by my side to understand and complete some of the online documents, as the solicitor’s operation was paper-free and consequently, all online.

Fantastic experience. Do not hesitate to use these estate agents if buying or selling a property in the area. Communication was first rate and every task was completed almost immediately

We have used Graham Butt for two property sales now and one purchase, the team are always very friendly and helpful, and were good at keeping us in the loop. They also chased up solicitors for us which was very helpful. Would recommend and use them again if needed.

I recently bought my house with Graham Butt. I had two viewings with Dylan who was very friendly and helpful, and then Pat was my sales progressor, she was excellent at keeping things moving and keeping me updated throughout the process. I'd highly recommend them.

Excellent service and communication, cannot recommend highly enough.<br><br>Cameron was really reassuring and personable right from the offset, it only took 6 weeks to get an offer and then we were handed over to Pat, the Sales Progressor, who was amazing. Fantastic regular comms, super helpful snd friendly, thank you Pat, your professionalism and approach was very much appreciated.

I went with Graham Butts as I had used them previously and had a good experience but this time the experience was totally different. The photos taken weren't great. I paid for an improved, dare I say it, premium, set of photos including drone footage but the results were less than satisfactory. Photos were over processed, detail was lost on some photos, colours did not reflect the true look of my property on others. Some were noisy and others just looked distorted and bad quality.
Communication with Graham Butt staff was severely lacking. I had maybe two chats right at the beginning of the contract and one more time at the time of a single viewing in the 22 week period I was with them. This was the only viewing during this period. There was no plan or discussion with anyone about how to improve my chances of a sale other than, drop the price, which I did two times. Wouldn't use again.
