Jonathan and the whole team at East Preston branch have been really supportive from negotiating and securing the purchase through to exchanging contracts. Throughout the process, communication was first class and they guided us every step of the way, dealing with solicitors and advising on the next steps to ensure everything was in place when it needed to be.

I rented a property that was managed by Graham butt. The flat was flat 10 thornton court. It had horrific mould conditions due to no ventilation and had storage style heaters that work off peak sadly for a year they did not work and I had to use plug in heaters. I was patient all the way through the tenancy asking for help until the end where it was so bad I had to leave the property
I was denied a discussion with the landlord for no heat, I was denied a conversation with the directors of graham butt. Every email with visitation and solutions by Kate at Graham butt never came to be. During the one year no one from Graham butt attended the property.
When I left I went out of my way to clean the property to a higher standard than I received it. I also made sure it was respectful for viewings. They took some of my deposit for professional cleaning and have yet to produce any invoices or receipts to prove this.
Be very careful of this company at all levels of their business from cleaner to director they are very soulless people . Do not let these people manage your tenancy if you're a tenant

We have just exchanged contracts on a sale and purchase with the office in Rustingon. We dealt primarily with both Jack Lydon and Ellie Norman and the service we received from them was excellent, both with the initial offers and then progress of the sale and purchase. I cannot recommend highly enough Graham Butt’s estate agents, particularly the East Preston branch. They’ve recently sold my late mothers house, a sale which has been going on for the best part of a year due to probate issues on my part. Although we lost the original buyer, due to unforeseen probate timescales, Toby, Pat, Jonathan and the team managed to re sell the property for more money within days. Their communication was A1, even when there was bad news. When they were asking for updates they were compassionate and never hassled, merely trying to keep all parties in communication. The day of completion has finally come and I can’t thank them enough. I’ve never left a 100% score or 5 out of 5 review as I believe there’s always room for improvement. However, in this case I cannot find fault and can’t praise the team enough, particularly Pat who I think had to take the brunt of some understandably anxious and frustrated vendors and buyers along the way. In modern times of IT companies taking over the world and employees trained to scripts, it’s refreshing to see companies like Butt’s operating in such a courteous, professional and personal level.
