Great front end service to get you in and signed up as a Landlord, then let down by everything else that comes after. Paid for a fully managed service which is not cheap but can't wait for the contract to end as it has been one let down after another. I also dread to think what the service has been like for our tenants if this is how they treat their landlords.
Since I posted this review the Morris Dibben branch staff have contacted me directly and asked my to remove my review and re-post it as a review of Countrywide who provide all the Property Management and Maintenance services. I don't believe this would be appropriate but I am happy to further clarify my statements. I am not unhappy about the tenent finding process carried out by the Morris Dibben branch or the tenant vetting service, there are also no issues regarding their marketing of the property. My issues are indeed with the Property Management and Maintenace side of the service. However, as Morris Dibben have chosen to sub-contract this entire service to Countrywide and as I, as a landlord, have no say over who is providing this service my overall view remains the same that I would not recommend signing up for a full managed service with Morris Dibben.
Started off ok, but then stopped updating us and took continued prompting to find out where we were up to. Very disappointed in how we were treated
We were most impressed by the focus, energy and support from Lisa and her team from finding a buyer for our house through to exchange of contracts. Lisa was there at every step of the way, always available. We cannot recommend them more highly.
Very nice and friendly people working. Good experience and helpful . Looking after customer and chasing up case as make sure every thing is update.

Two experiences with this company.
1: Mortgage application:
-Set it up with wrong house value
-Managed to get the wrong number of children we have even though we've been in their office 3 times before application
-Our point of contact went on holiday for 3 weeks, leaving us unaware what was happening with our application
-Communication was nil, we had to chase EVERYTHING
2: Viewing of property
-We had Mortgage in principal arranged as discussed with them prior to visit
-Stood waiting for 15 minutes after appointment time, rang bell, checked car park and all around building
-Phoned office asking where they are, said they will phone their agent....They never got back to us!!
If property is sold, just tell us.
